NAME:        ltalk - start the talk mode

SYNOPSIS:    ltalk [to <name>]

DESCRIPTION: This command will put you into the talk mode. All you type
             will be send to all other livings in the same room as if
             you would use the 'lsay' command. 
             
EXAMPLE:     ltalk human
             ltalk elvish to ulysses
