NAME:        say - say something to all people in a room

SYNOPSIS:    say [to <living>] <message>

DESCRIPTION: With the 'say' command you can speak to all people in the 
             same room. If you use 'say to' you can direct your message 
             to a special person but still all people can hear what you 
             say. Keep in mind that you always talk in the currently 
             chosen language. You can check or change it with the 
             'language' command.

EXAMPLE:     say Hello everbody
             say to ulysses You are great
             say to pointy-eared gray-eyed elf Hi

NOTE:        You can use ' as an alias for say.
