Name: Theo
Role: Honourary Team Member, Matrix Calgary
Appearance: Theo is a three-foot tall teddy bear dressed in a Space Patrol costume. He carries a plastic space gun side arm which in nonfunctional. Although Theo's ability to speak has improved, much of his language is still very rudimentary.
Powers/Tactics: Theo's strength and agility is much greater than his diminutive size might suggest. He has an ability to detect evil in its various forms and his primary motivation is to seek out and stop crime. If he makes contact with a person he is able to sense their emotions. If he is in a critical situation, he can generate a magical attack specifically targeting an opponents weaknesses but he has little control over the timing or magnitude of such an attack.
Background: Theo made his first appearances in March of 1997 as a crusader against crime. He worked independently until he met Omni from Matrix and was brought into the team as an honourary member. Theo has his own agenda, preferring to target normal criminals rather than superpowered villians. He has represented a positive public relations representative for the team and is one of the most visible members. He has a real affinity for children (naturally) and makes regular appearances at day cares and the Sick Children's Hospital.
