Name: Volt
Role: Probationary Member, Matrix Montreal
Background: Volt is a newcomer to the hero business, currently training as a probationary member. He wears a dark blue body suit with a vivid yellow lightning bolt.
Powers/Tactics: Volt is a human dynamo, capable of generating and channeling electricity into powerful bolts. He can create a field of electricity around a target, effectively trapping them inside. And, any villian who might try to grab him is in for a very unpleasant shock.
History: With the announcement that Matrix was opening their Montreal office again, Volt was apparently one of the first applicants for membership. He has been active in Montreal for several months as an independent, though little is known about him. He has worked with Gargoyle and Griffin, two other new members of the Montreal team.
