I pulled the rom off here since it's not hard to find anyway, and my bandwidth was actually going over limit occasionally...
One extra (and major) reason for a rom of an import is TRANSLATIONS.
A few groups started on translating this game and quit. (here's a

I haven't actually started the thing myself. Only the menus are translated
and Qing's walkthrough only goes so far.
HOWEVER...there is a translation team calling themsleves
Last I heard, they had the scripts translated and had 'insertion' left to go,
which is obviously much more technical than it sounds ~_^
