The Tiger was introduced in 1942 and served until the end of World War 2. At the time it was one of the best armed and armored tanks in the world. It was designed before sloped armor had been incorporated into German designs and so in some respects it is not as well Armored as some later medium tanks. The Driver and the Radio Operator each have their own hatch in the front hull. The Gunner and Loader share a hatch on the top right of the turret and there is a cupola for the Commander on the top left of the turret. It is not NBC sealed.
