Before you read this you must know my spelling and typing aren't very good. Also this is just a first draft, I just type stuff up here so the grammar will probably be bad. That and my memory of the other Metal Gear games isn't very good since I never played them and only rely on my knowlege but I don't remember that very well either.

ok, you must know the past 2 MG games. Metal gear is a walking, talk battle tank armed with a nuclear war head. Solid Snake is an ex-member of Fox Hound, a Special Agent group for the USA. In Metal Gear 1, he was sent in by Fox Hound commander Big Boss, one of the greatest soliders of all time, into Outer Heaven, a place where terroists had Metal gear made and would declair war on the world. Snake went in after Agent Gray Fox disappeared, the only Fox Hound memeber to get the code name Gray Fox. He saved Gray Fox and destroyed Metal Gear only to find Big Boss at the end laughing at him. He told him the truth about him being behind it all, Outer Heaven was his project. Snake fought him til the end, and Big Boss was gone... or so they thought.

In Metal Gear 2, it was in Zanzibar They claimed to have another Metal Gear and I think they called that place Outter heaven also, I'm not sure. Anyway, Cornole Cambel they sent in Snake to rescue the same guy who built the first Metal Gear. Anyway he saved him and he met up with Gray Fox controling Metal Gear and told Snake to leave immediatly. He continued on and foudn Big Boss still alive. He had a final battle with him and put him out for good. Big Boss left Snake with a few final words. He told Snake that he was his father, and that there battle doesn't end, the loser just gets to leave the battle field. As Snake left he didn't think about his victory, just those last words of Big Boss... Snake then went and lived by himself in Alaska for years, until now...

Cambel has his men "pick up Snake" but that was more like taking him hostage. Special agents from Fox Hound were doing a check up on Moses Island Alaska, a place for Nuclear Warhead disposal. They kidnapped ARMS tech President Kenath Baker, and the DARPA cheif Donald Anderson which were there at the time. They have the latest soldier, Genome soldiers, which are trained very well. They say they will launch a nukeclear warhead if there demands aren't met which is the Corps of Big Boss and 1 billion dollars. Cambel doesn't revile all information.

Snake is briefed and told alot of stuff, but like I said before, not everything. The Special Agents of FOX-HOUND are the following: Psycho Mantis, with his Psychic ablities, Revolver Ocelot, great ability in hand guns, Sniper Wolf, deadly sharpshooter, Decoy Octopus, Master of disguese, Vulcan Raven, Giant Shaman, and the leader Liquid Snake, the man with the same code name as Solid Snake. And even freakier they look exactically alike. Snake makes it to the base through 1 person small submarine, then gets out and swims to it. He is in contact with Cambel, Naomi (cheif of medical staff in Fox hound), and Mei Ling through CODEC. As he gets to the surface, he finds someone leaving onto a HIND-D, a Russian helicopter saying how he is going to "swat down some flies" he means some F-15's that were sent in to be a decoy for Snake to get in. As Snake gets into the building he finds a SOCOM pistle and over hears some guards taking about an interder besides himself.

Snake makes his way into the jail cell, in the 1st floor basement, through vents to find the DARPA cheif. He gets alot of information out of him. He tells him they do have the ability to launch a nuclear weapon and about the passwords and override system. The reason for the DARPA cheif and ARMS Tech President Kenath Baker for being there is told here. He tells Snake that they were working on a new Metal Gear proto type, Metal Gear Rex. Also how the place they are at isn't just for nuclear weapon disposals. It has been a place for operations for a while. He says to start Rex, they must enter 2 PAL codes, but they got his code through Psycho Mantis's Psychic ablities and couldn't fight it back, and that the Kenath Baker, the ARMS Tech President has the other PAL code. Then he tells him that Baker is in the Second floor basement, in some hidden room. He tells him the terrorists have sealed up the walls but didn't have time to paint them, so they have a different color. He hands snake his level 1 security card. Then out of no where he grabs his heart and yells in pain and says "OHHHHH! WHY?! WHY?!" Then dies in front of Snake. Naomi says it looked like a heart attack.

Snake then hears something happening in the cell next to him. It sounds like someone getting hit and a door opening. Then after a few quiet seconds Snakes cell door opens. He carfully walks out, looks to his left and sees a naked knocked out man on teh floor, then a soldier with a mask puts a gun at him and says "Don't move!" sounds like a female voice. Snake turns and looks at her and she exclaims "Liquid! ...No, you're not." Snake then jerks and she tell him not to move again. He draws his gun quickly in front of her asks "Is this the first time you've ever pointed a gun at a person, rookie?" she claims she isn't a rookie, yet her hands are shaking. She order's him to open the door to the hallway (she over heard him and the DARPA cheif talking and heard he got a card). Then out of nowhere guards come in through the door with guns at them. Snake yells at her to shoot but she is frozen in panic. Snake gets rid of the first few and yells at her to shoot again, and she kills the next that come in. After about they kill 15 guards and avoid a few grenades, she makes a run for it. She gets on the evevator ahead of snake.

The game shows you something that happend a little while ago in the past. It goes to 3 men in coats in front of some table/bed thing and on it a body. The 1st man says "You fool, you've killed him!" the 2nd man says "I'm sorry sir." 3rd man says "His mind was too strong, I could not dive into it." the 1st man says "Now we'll never get that detonation code!" And the 3rd man says "Boss, I have a good idea..."

It then goes back to Snake the girl went into the elevator, then Snake gets a weird feeling over him. He then see's the 3rd man from the scene they just showed floating threw the elevator and saying "That's it, just like that. That's a good girl." Then it goes back to normal. Snake asks Naomi what that was. She says it seemed to be some sort of Psychic feed back, meaning that must have been Psycho Mantis.

Snake heads for the 2nd floor basement. It has 6 rooms, 1 needs a level 6 keycar, 1 has needs a level 3 keycard, 1 needs a level 2 keycard, 2 need a level 1 keycard, and 1 is already open. Snake finds C4 explosivises in one of the level 1 key card, grenades in the other. And in the door already open is bullets for is SOCOM pistle. He finds the different colored wall at the South western corner and uses a C4. It leds to a dead end hall, but on the East side down the hall is a different colored wall. Snake gets rid of that one also. He finds another different colored wall on the north side of the new room. He gets rid of it and sees Baker. He looks dead, and has tiny wires all around him. Snake walks closer and Baker starts to mumble. Snake tries to take the wires off but Baker yells "NO! Don't touch it!" Snake sees a C4 next to Bakers head. Then a click noise is heared Snake jumps just as a bullet lands in fron of his feet.

The second man from the scene before steps forward. It's Revolver Ocelot, the gun he is holding he says the the greatest handgun ever made. He challenges Snake to a duel. It's not a very long battle, Snake beats him from the Ocelot's guns weak point, it's reloading time. But it's not over yet. Ocelot is still fighting but some quick moving thing comes into the room wearing some sort of camaflouge like the Preditor and cuts Ocelot's right hand off with a sword. Ocelot runs away with his cut hadn still holding the gun. Then it turned off it's camaflouge and appeared to be some sort of cyborg ninja, it cut off Baker's wires holding him against the wall. Snake points his gun at the ninja demanding to know who he is. The Ninja says "I am like you, I have no name." Then he screams as if in pain and runs away. Baker seems to have known what it was.

Snake gets Baker sitting straight up against a wall and asks him questions. Baker tells him that Ocelot got his password, but not by Psycho Mantis' mind probe because of surgical implants and that the DARPA cheif had them too. Meaning Mantis shouldn't have been able to probe the DARPA cheif. Ocelot got Bakers password by tourcher; Baker never had training to resist it. Baker tells Snake how Metal Gear was ARMS tech's last ace in the hole since the military canceled there order for a new fleet of fighter pilots. He said that to talk to Dr. Naomi about the cyborg ninja. Then he gives Snake an optical disk containing all of Metal Gears test data, the only remaing copy since the terrorists shot the computers. He tells Snake that he gave the key card over-ride to a women that was being held captured with him and that they were in contact by codect. He forgot her number but told Snake he could find it on the back of the CD case (the game's CD case). All of a sudden Baker starts shaking and yells and asks Snake "What did you do to me?" he yelling in pain more then says "So... they actually did it, they went and did it! Those Pentagon Basturds!" Snakes asks what's he talking about. Bake replys "They... they're just using you for..." then dies. Snake asks Naomi and Campbell on Codec what happend. Campbell claims he has no idea. Naomi said she's never seen that Ninja before and it looked like Baker had a heart attack also. Campbell told Snake to contact the girl and that it's probably his niece, Meryl.
