Age: 19 Spectrum Codename: BLUE Description: Willy likes to present a tough exterior through the way he dresses and talks, but he is fiercely loyal to Spectrum and its members. As Blue, he wears a pair of customized blue jeans, a white T-shirt with a blue triangle, and a black leather vest. Powers: Willy's powers are based on the manipulation of ice and cold. Willy's body temperature is noticeably cooler than most people and he has the ability to change the air temperature in an entire room. He can generate ice for a variety of of purposes from cubes for a drink to virtually impenetrable walls of ice to stop bad guys. History: Willy was Hannah's first recruit when he broke into her car in order to find a place to sleep. His parents through him out of the house because of his mutant abilities and he'd been on the street for almost six months before he joined the fledgling Spectrum. Willy learned to survive on the street any way he could and wouldn't give up the superhero business for anything. |
