CC3 is very different from cc2 one of the most noticable differences is the size of the arena's in which the battles take place ,  this gives rise to our first problem , actually being able to see the enemy is now very difficult as i found to my cost in my first few encounters against other player's on the zone . Due to the size of the maps and long ranges it is now imperative that recon units make up an intregral part of any force deployed in cc3 . A good strategist needs to have reliable and accurate information on the opposition , recon units will supply this so leave em out at your peril !  A good strategy to adopt is to first gather intelligence by using recon and sniper units whilst your main force hides in the rear , then when you have a good idea of the enemies deployment , numbers , strength and support manouvre your infantry and armoured units accordingly .
