This is my first Roller Coaster. It´s just a wheel that is lifted by an elevator, with a very simple zig-zag circuit all the way down.
The trickiest thing in this construction was the elevator, since it carries a couple of beams that ´kick´ the wheel out, as soon as it reachs to the top.
The program uses the 3 sensor ports:
- 1 touch sensor to reverse the motor when the elevator gets to the top.
- 1 touch sensor to stop the motor when the elevator gets to the bottom
- 1 light sensor to "see" when the wheel gets into the elevator (at the bottom), and start the motor (the elevator goes up again)
