Allison, Mrs. H. J. - (Her first name was Bess) and *Maid- (Her name was Sarah Daniels. She was rescued in boat #8).
Allison, Miss L- (was 2 years old. In 1940, a woman named Loraine Kramer claimed to be Loraine Allison. She even hired a lawyer, but she was dismissed as fake. She held her claim until her lawyer died in 1951. She moved west and was never heard of again.)

She was tried and convicted, but was released on the grounds that her crime was an act of desperation following desertion by the child's father whom she was not married to. His great grandfather founded the town of Astoria at the mouth of the Columbia River in Oregon in 1811. J.J. Astor was the owner and builder of more hotels and skyscrapers than any other New Yorker. He had a summer home in Rhode Island. He also had a mansion at Newport? That had an 18-car garage. The couple had fled New York for a tour of Egypt and Paris. They embarked in Cherbourg. Astor and his wife were returning home. He had his dog; an Airedale named Kitty with him. His body was found wrapped in a lifejacket and horribly mangled. It is supposed he was crushed when the forward funnel fell. When his body was recovered it had $2,500 in cash on it.) And Manservant

Seventy-five years after the disaster, Mr. Beckwiths leather satchel was found containing jewels and banknotes. After the disaster they continued to travel between their homes in New York City and Squam Lake, New Hampshire. Richard died in 1933 and his wife in 1955 both in New York? Or Squam Lake?)

*Behr, Mr. K. H. - Was rescued in boat #5. He was engaged to Helen Newsom, the Beckwith’s daughter. He was a tennis star and he was rescued in boat #5. In March of 1913 he married Helen, and he continued to play tennis. In 1915 he was ranked among the top 10 players. During his business career, he was director of Herman Behr Company, a vice president of Dillon, Read and Company. He was also on the board of many companies including Goodyear Tire and Rubber, and the National Cash Register. He was also nominated governor of the Alaska territory. He died in 1949.)

She boarded at Cherbourg. She was rescued in boat #6. Her stateroom was at the forward end of the "B" deck. She was later named a potential candidate for congress in 1914. She died in 1932 in New York City of a stroke. It was after her death, the musical and film "Unsinkable Molly Brown" was made. This gained her famed she would have enjoyed in life).

Butt, Major Archibald W. -(He was President Taft’s military aid. He had been feeling fatigued and stressed so he was convinced to take a trip. He traveled to Rome to meet the pope and King Victor Emmanuel on behalf of the U.S. president. He was returning home in the company of his good friend Francis D. Miller (Frank Millet)?. He boarded at Southampton. He was born in Augusta, Georgia where a bridge was later named after him. During his life he had been a soldier, a news correspondant, a novelist, and a diplomat. He had also been a close friend of Theodore Roosvelt. In his last letter posted before he sailed he wrote, "If the ship goes down, you will find all my affairs in shipshape condition" ).

He occupied stateroom number C-51. He was rescued in boat "B". He was the cousin of the former president Theodore Roosevelt. After the disaster he wrote a book about his experiences on the Titanic. He researched all the lifeboats and corresponded them with several survivors. Unfortunately he was never able to see his book published. He died in the December of 1912, the second survivor to die).

She left Chicago for a house in Cap Ferrat, France. She died in 1939 while vacationing in Montivideo, Uraguay). and *Maid

By the time he died, he had been across the Atlantic 60 times).
