How We Breathe.

Sugar breaks down in metabolism.

Sugar is CH2O x 6 = 1 molecule.

The C O in sugar goes out in CO2. The H2 bonds to
oxygen, O=O, that we breathe in. Water is made. Believe it !

ATP
All the energy from sugar goes into some heat
and 36 ATP molecules.

Sugar = C-C-C-C-C-C
Pyruvates = C-C-C + C-C-C
Exhaled = CO2 CO2 CO2 CO2 CO2 CO2

Sugar splits in glycolysis and then gives off the top COO-s,
Remember: its 2 halves.
. . . . COO-
. . . . C=O
. . . . CH3
Kreb's cycle is next with 2 Carbons ------ see the one O entering the Cycle
. . . . C=O
. . . . CH3

Remember;
The Kreb's cycle releases 2 carbon dioxides. They enter with one
oxygen and get 3 more to make carbon dioxide to exhale out.

Do you see the need for 3 more oxygens to make carbon dioxide ?

Do you know that oxygen is O2 and came from 2 water molecules?
2 oxygens from 2 waters = O2 from photosynthesis.
When we breathe we diffuse out water vapor. This water
is made from the Oxygen we breathe in and the H2s from sugar.
Remember, 1 carbon dioxide and 2 waters out in respiration.

12 H2O are formed from 6 O2s that combine with the 12 hydrogens from
each sugar molecule and 12 hydrogens added during Kreb's Cycle.

Sure, after a couple of years of study I can say this simple as possible.
The Oxygen that we breathe in, all the time, gets hydrogens to make water.
