Ignatius Javellana was born July 31st, 1978 in Manila. As the youngest of 7 siblings, he began to show an inclination to the arts and to all forms of entertainment at an early age--from Heavy Metal comics to quickly completing complicated NES games, his grasp of detail and technical expertise was his biggest asset. And he grew up like normal kids during his day, playing on the streets 'til dusk, messing around with the girls, imagining a spectacular world within his little niche in the universe. Life presented so much for him, and he took it all in--from playing in the varsity baseball and volleyball teams, to forming his own rock group, to performing in theater and then to settling down with video and film production with web design on the side.

Now, Iggy, as his friends call him, is an adept musician, videographer, film editor and web developer. He admits that Neil Gaiman is one of the most influencial writers of his time next to the works of Stephen King and the Bible of course. He dreams of someday becoming like Christopher Nolan, Guy Ritchie, or Quentin Tarantino, but is content with just making movies on his own time and leisure. He spends as much time with his close buds, setting up their own LAN parties and playing Quake or Rogue Spear or Warcraft 3 or Serious Sam 'til the wee hours of the morning. He collects DVDs like an addiction, and plans to someday quit smoking before he reaches 30. If it weren't for the love his life, a certain Mary Ann, he'd have been an undisciplined jack-of-all-trades, just bumming his life away.

Iggy loves sleeping in late, eating pizza and home-made spaghetti and dreams of one day owning a decent car, a house, and a complete entertainment system in one of the rooms. He finds it unnerving to talk about himself in the third person, but still loves to talk about himself. He loves Maan with all his heart (aaaaw) and hope to someday be able to dedicate a really wonderful, amazing, inspiring, thought-provoking film to her as a sign of his love... or maybe just give her some flowers. He is currently addicted to DeviantART.com, Go-Gaia.com and has just finished Max Payne 2 in under 6 hours.
