Heroes in a Half-Shell: Part One April O'Neil of Channel Six news is sent to investigate the theift of high-tech thingamajiggies, when she's ambushed by a gang of punks (including Bebop and Rocksteady). Her crew runs away leaving her to deal with the gang herself. She escapes into the sewers where the turtles appear! April faints when she finds out they're turtles and the boys take her back to their lair. There she regains consciousness and Splinter tells the story of how the turtles came to be. Then they hit the streets, trying to find out what the punks wanted with April. They end up finding a match-book from a ninja pizzaria. So they stop in and get some grub. April, meanwhile, leaves to do some investigating only to end up getting captured by Foot Soldiers. The guys finish eating and discover April's been kidnapped and go looking for her. They find her, and The Foot. They fight and the chase them to another building which starts to flood with water. The turltes and April make it to the roof and escape. Back at the lair, Master Splinter tells them that the ninjas they fought could only be The Foot. Controlled by Oroku Saki, The Shredder.
