Public officials have been flocking to strategic planning "Sustainable-Regional Development conferences. Little do they know they are like "pigs lead to the troth being fatted for the slaughter", and we, the ones who placed them in office end up being mere "piglets".

Our communities are being molded into the United Nations Agenda 21 ( http://www.un.org/esa/sustdev/documents/agenda21/english/agenda21toc.htm ) format perfectly, by unsuspecting participants. The Delphi technique ( http://www.oocities.org/tnallianceforcitizensrights/Essays/delphi_technique.htm ) is used to induce behavioral modification and participation in bringing our nation into compliance with Fabian socialist world views  (http://www.oocities.org/tnallianceforcitizensrights/Essays/fabian_socialists.htm )

Public officials are encouraged to attend the many "Sustainable Development" conferences and strategic planning meetings where the Fabian model for restructuring and re-education is exercise with a "feel good", "country club" spirit. The general public is rarely aware of these meetings. Postings of these meetings are not usually easily accessible by most people. Meetings are often held during working hours. Conferences which have door fees discourage the middle and lower class from participating, while their tax dollars "foot the bill" for public officials to attend. Independent community leaders and special interest groups supporting "Sustainable Development" can also have the conference door fees paid for them, by the non-profit organization they are sponsored by.

The Fabian Socialist model for restructuring society classifies people as follows:

1. The Neoteric Group: this group is comprised of a small select few who has full knowledge of the transition into a fully "sustained" socialist society under World Government control managed by the nations states who have surrendered respective national sovereignty over to the United Nations. With special "think tank" consultants and advisors, they create strategic planning and implementation of their goals. They make contacts with others of like mind at world summit conference, hold low profile organized meetings, and work with governors of states to further their cause.

2. The Esoteric Group: is provided limited information and directives by the Neoteric Group, who uses the Esoteric to accomplish the "foot work". The Esoteric is often the public official or community leader who holds strong positions of influence and community trust due the position held in local or state government. These well meaning Esoteric is informed of the goals only to the extent that it furthers key social, civic, educational, governmental and political goals of the Fabian Socialist "think tanks" who toss our public officials the corn husks of possible Grants and funds to the local community.

3. The Exoteric Group: this is the general public who is kept busy earning a wage, accumulating outstanding debt, paying for the hidden "taxation" of inflation, as well as being distracted by the TV. Generally the Exoteric does not recognize Fabian socialism at work in his own "back yard", though he would never knowingly approve of socialist control. The Delphi Technique and sophistry must be applied to keep the Exoteric from learning the truth. Therefore, by ignorance the Exoteric must accept the excuses they are given for the gradual encroachments and infringements on their rights.

Taking a closer look at National, State and County level Regional Development projects one can find a remarkable parallel to the United Nations plans and goals outlined in the Agenda 21 Sustainable Development.
