Okay so this is an idea I had years ago but never really had the tools to make it happen until I invented MIDI. Okay, I didn't invent the standard known as musical instrument data interface per se, but I did invent Hypertext Markup Language, or HTML. No, really. I'm Vint Cerf. Really. But that's beside the point. See, the concept here was to write a song in Pi time. Not 3/4, and not 4/4, but 3.1452/4. Sound impossible? Good, cos it is. BUT! I realized that 25/32 time would be a damn close approximation, so I wrote a song in it. This is the result. |
