The legend of Toffeeapple
Near the beginning of internet history, I was in high school (around year 9).
It was a fairly warm weekend day, so my friends and I had decided to go swimming at the local Tuggeranong public swimming pool. During a swimming break (i.e. candy-fest) we all went and sat around the picnic table outside (as it is an indoor pool). I explained to my friends, April, Danielle, Emma, Khalia and Katharyn, my dilemma of trying to choose a handle to use on this mysterious neighbourhood called "the world wide web". Of course I couldn't use my real name, as you don't know who is gonna find it...
After some bantering to and fro, one bright spark noticed that I was eating a candy-bar called Toffee Apple.
