This is Amy, the second to join the Sailor Scouts. When she raises her power stick and shouts, "MERCURY POWER!" she transfroms into Sailor Mercury.

Sailor Mercury is the brains of the team. Along with her mini computer she can get the scouts out of most any jam. Her bubbles help the team get the jump on the bad guys they face.
