(1) You must fully adhere to the following posting rules: * It is required that all posting to hmong-lg@onelist.com be related to the Hmong Language only * Do not post large e-mail message over 15 Kbytes. * Posting must not include "personal attacks" or "flames" of any kinds * Posting must not contain obscene language or materials * Posting must not contain links pointing to obscene materials or adult related sites. * Be courteous to other subscribers (2) You will abide to and be bound by all the rules as set forth by Hmong LG and by ONElist's Terms of Service. (3) You give Hmong LG maintainers the right to immediately terminate your subscription should you are found to abuse the services provided by Hmong LG. (4) You understand that Hmong LG may change the terms and conditions of Hmong LG from time to time. Upon any change in the terms and conditions of the Hmong LG, we will notify you by posting the changes prior to your subsequent use of the service. (5) Hmong LG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to you. (6) Hmong LG shall not be liable to any subscriber or any third party should Hmong LG exercise its right to modify or discontinue the service. (7) You acknowledge and agree that Hmong LG neither endorses the contents of any subscriber communications nor assumes responsibility for any libelous, threatening, harassing, obscene, or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom or any crime facilitated thereby. (8) Hmong LG is not intended for commercial use. (9) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: AS A HMONG LG SUBSCRIBER, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOU OWN SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HMONG LG EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HMONG LG MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR TIMELY. (10) SUBSCRIBER CONDUCT Subscriber is solely responsible for the contents of his or her transmissions through the Service. Subscriber's use of the service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. Subscriber agrees: a. to comply with US & international laws regarding the transmission of technical data through this service. b. not to use the Service for illegal purposes; c. not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service and, d. to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Service. The Service makes use of the Internet to send and receive certain messages; therefore, subscriber's conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies and procedures. Subscriber will not use the Service for chain letters, junk mail, spamming or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. Subscriber agrees not to transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. Subscriber further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. Subscriber shall not interfere with another Subscriber's use and enjoyment of the Service or another entity's use and enjoyment of similar services. Hmong LG may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate Service should subscriber's conduct fail to conform with these terms and conditions of the Hmong LG. |
