Hmmm...here we have a card that has a very narrow use, but one that could be of great use. True, a card at random out of a 20 - 30 card deck, it should still be able to cripple the opponent in some way. If they are playing a Citadel deck, and you pull a Muldoonian Artifact, that could destroy their deck.
But on the other hand, it might be a waste of a card. If you pulled out a Disaster, it would pretty much be a waste of a card slot. So overall, a good card, if you have good luck.
