Hey, here are some useful tools that i've included. At least i think they are. WEll, like we all need to worry about morgages hah :( , too bad we do. ( well i sorta have experience with this, well actually we're buying a new house and we're trying to find a reasonable priced house that we can afford each month, so i'm sure this is very helpful to those who are in the situation.) But i'm here to ur rescue, no more calculating mind boggling numbers and percents and interests and whatever........ just type in what u have and voila! Plus other tools like search and stuff might also be useful.

For those of u into stocks.( I don't know anyting about that so don't ask me about it, unless u want me to change something, but u gotta to tell me specifically, k.)
