July 30, 2008:
That is all.
My wife has a ton of anime that she acquires but the actual time to watch it is miniscule. That said, I finished viewing Mobile Suit Gundam Seed and was surprised by how they handled traditional Gundam elements while maintaning something new.
My-Hime is fanservice and crud; opposite the TV series which is quite good (yet retains a phenomenal amount of fanservice). Tate is the focus of the manga, and every female character panders to him in different ways. "Tate's so cool!" is the prevailing mentality that no one shares with the viewer but it is obviously there. It was made of meh.
Nothing here yet - though I've picked up the original Gundam novelizations and look forward to those.
