The Fallen Race
The Fallen are an ancient race of which Xelloss is the only know survivor. They were a strange combination of Angel, Demon and Human, thusly, they could employ the powers of all three realms. This made them a very powerful race. So why are the probably extinct? The Demon side was a bit to much for some, as well as the Human side. There just weren't enough who followed the calling of the Angel side. And so, they wiped themselves out in a bloody feud. Xelloss himself survived this tragedy because his power was sealed. As punishment for a mean trick he played on the Deities, they sealed his power and form in the body of a mazoku. And thusly he has stayed for centuries beyond time, in the service of the Greater Beast Zeras Metallium. When Xelloss appealed to the Deities of Good, it was decided that Xelloss had been a slave long enough and Zeras was forced to relinquish her hold on him. Since then, he had wandered around, visiting various taverns. In one such visit, he met a very different and saddened Jaynis. For further information on that first meeting read History of Xelloss and Jaynis. At any rate, much later, after Xelloss and Jaynis had recognized, Xelloss told Jaynis of his true origin. He also told her that he knew how to break the seal. The Deities had thought it impossible for anyone to love Xelloss, so the only way to break the seal was with the unconditional and complete love of a woman. Having broken the seal, Xelloss can now change between forms with ease.
A typical Fallen would look similar to this:
>Light blue, almost leathery, but very soft skin
>Large, pointed ears
>Beautiful, white, angelic wings
>Significantly taller than most humans
Xelloss in his true form:
>A full 6'10" tall
>Large,beautiful, white, angelic wings
>Large pointed ears
>Light blue, almost leathery, but very soft skin
>Long hair, going down to about just below his waist
>Slightly more chistled features than in his mazoku form
