WOW!!!! Umm, what can I say... WOW!!!

This game really amazed me... I am not a huge fan of CAPCOM when it comes to 3D fighters - RIVAL SCHOOLS is wonderful, but before that most of the 3D fighters they made did not thrill me. Also, when I first started looking at the pics for it, I didn't see much in the way of characters I thought I would like - I avoided gatting it. Now that I have it I wonder WHY!?!?? It is excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with it.

It is soooo fast!!! I could barely even see what was going on at first and got clobbered. This is not a game of standing still. It is so solid and fast - no break-up and crystal clear. The game is colorful and has the best of many options found in other games... like morphing (Bloody Roar), 3D arena with obsticles (Virtual On was first), weapons and objects to pick up and fight with (Ehrgeiz I guess is the only 3D one that comes to mind). It appears that Capcom is finally getting around with this and Rival Schools to making GREAT 3D fighters... the others before left things to be desired - not that I hated them, but they didn't stay in my possession long.

Backgrounds and characters are well designed and look great. They have made muscles that look great and, ahem... other body features. the faces are not just drawn on - I cannot think of anything bad to say. The character count is low, but they are well balanced and no one should feel left out... no character is a real copy of another (mortal kombat). With games like this, Dreamcast is sure to be a winner. It is also great that Dreamcast has a great variety already for fighting games... they all have something that stands out and pleases most types of fighting game fanatics. Virtua Fighter 3tb for slower, calculated fighting, Psychic Force 2012 for simple projectile madness, and Power Stone which has a fast paced slugfest.

Give this game a 10!!!!
