Naoko Takeuchi is the creator of Sailor Moon. Naoko first created a cartoon called Sailor V. As it grew in popularity, she created he new
story, based on a group of 14-18 year old super- heroines...including the origional scout, Sailor V! Sailor Moon was first shown in February 1992 in a magazine called Nakayoshi Deluxe
(motionless picture entertainment).
This hot motionless story became the anime tv show that we all adore...Sailor Moon!!!
