Anything-Goes Arts and Crafts: Origami: Lines

"The Lines section of Anything-Goes Origami is based on melting cubes. This isn't taking cubes and heating them so they merge, but in a more abstract sense. Let's make a cube that is virtual, in that it can pass through other objects. Taking two such cubes, partially overlap them, and then cause them to become solid. Repeating this process in a geometric fashion results in the lines division of Anything-Goes Origami"

About:
The next step in the Linear progression shows how to form a ring. It's simple to form a "C" shaped object by repeatedly combining 6th Powers, but the trick is completing the loop, turning a "C" into an "O". Because of the nature of cubes, this isn't really a ring, it's a pentagon, but it's easier to call it a ring. For this example, notice that a star is formed in the middle.
