I am tyring to work on my page, but as you can see with all that's happening it is difficult, anyhow that's Miaka, isn't she adorable ^_^

MIAKA
Our main character - a young girl who gets pulled into a rare book which transports her back to ancient China. She then fulfills a profecy of becoming the SUZAKU NO MIKO to bring peace to the land...
TAMAHOME
Miaka's beloved; he protects Miaka as one of her 7 seichi... his love for her is his strength.
HOTOHORI
Ruler of the country of Konan; he also loves Miaka, but realizes that she wants to be with Tamahome... still he continues to carry deep feelings for her - he protects Miaka with an echanted sword, which he lends to her when he cannot accompany her.
NURIKO
Nuriko's main strength is just that, Strength. This is later enhanced by magical bracelets... Nuriko loves Hotohori and is jealous of Miaka - so in turn, hangs on Tamahome to get revenge.
CHICHIRI
Wisdom and magic are his abilities; often taking a "backseat driver" position - always there to keep the others from making the wrong move, he uses his magical abilities to escape danger and protect Miaka and the others from opposing magic.
TASUKI
A former bandit; he carries a - yes, PAPER FAN - it has the ability to throw flames. He and Tamahome have a blast picking on one another.
MITSUKAKE
A healer; Mitsukake doesn't get much action, but is still important for healing the injured and supporting Miaka.
CHIRIKO
The youngest, but also one of the most intelligent; Chiriko also gets little action, but when he does he is very devoted - main help is in tactics.
