A Caravan? In this Time Period?

Cajava sat. And stared. She hadn't moved since her encounter with the Ghost of Maiden's Peak. The Pokéball that held her new Pidgey sat in front of her. She was a little surprised at how she "caught" this Pidgey and was speechless. Blob waved a pseudopod in front of her face and when that didn't work he transformed into a nearby trainer's Squirtle and soaked her.

"Thanks Blob, I needed that," said Ben, wet as a sponge. he picked up the Pokéball and looked at it. "Considering how I caught him, the best name would be Fluke, don't you think, guys? Guys?" Ben looked around and saw his Pokémon playing checkers again. Ben sweatdropped. "C'mon you two, let's go." Seel and Ditto in tow, Ben started to leave. A while out of town, he noticed a ... caravan?

"What the heck? Who uses a caravan when Corvettes and Rapidashes are much faster?" wondered the sex-changing Pokémon Trainer. Seeing the caravan stopping inside Maiden's Peak. Ben decided to investigate.
