OK, so this is one of my more perverted rants. So what? I'm a pervert. I'll admit it.
This is mostly aimed at people with an interest in fanfiction, either in reading or writing. Or fanart. Or doujinshi. Otherwise, you might just think it's stupid.

Sam’s meditations on a Bakura’s sex life:

A Ryou Bakura:
As Ryou Bakura is generally very shy and timid, this quiet manner may carry over into the bedroom. Ryou Bakura could possibly be a "starfish," just lying back and letting his partner do all the work. Perhaps he might participate more than that, but being inexperienced and insecure would cause him to be the one on the bottom. Also Ryou is probably the type to consider sex as something to only be done with those you love, and needs to get laid badly but won't unless in a serious relationship with his partner. Possibly but unlikely, Ryou could be a prude, in which case he would really need to get laid.
Or, our Ryou may go completely wild in bed. The stress that builds up from all the crap he has to take from everybody, coupled with the fact that he rarely expresses himself on a normal basis, would make for a very dominating, possibly handcuff-utilising partner. After all, when everybody else is fighting for control over his mind, perhaps it would be some sort of compensation to be the dominant partner during sex.

A Yami Bakura:
As Yami Bakura is generally a rather cruel, controlling and calculating character (gotta love the alliteration), it stands to reason that his sex life would be much the same. Yami Bakura would dominate in the bedroom and is more likely to tie his partner down to the bed that Ryou is. Taking this view, Yami Bakura also probably is more of a one-night-stand kind of guy, viewing sex as a stress relief rather than an expression of love.
Or, one could take the view that being a tomb robber left very little, if any, time for romance, and that Yami Bakura is an inexperienced virgin. He would be unsure and timid during sex, probably taking the bottom position, and he would more than likely be very uncomfortable through the entire thing. However, because of his usual controlling demeanor, he wouldn't want to let on to his ignorance in the bedroom. He would require constant reassurance, yet wouldn't want his partner to know how lost he was. Thus his partner thinks that everything is OK and proceeds, not giving Yami Bakura the comfort he needs. The experience would probably leave a very negative impression on him, bordering on rape even though he had consented.

Both Bakuras:
As many fic authors like to make our white-haired boys into rape-victims, this is a possibility that must be considered. Both would probably have a very similar, if not identical, reaction -- this not taking into account fics where Yami Bakura is the rapist. Neither would want anybody to know, Ryou because of the shame and Yami Bakura because he was mortified that he was so vulnerable. Both would withdrawl, causing anybody who's close enough to notice and care to grow worried. Eventually they would break down, resulting in either increased violence and homicidal tendancies, possibly a killing spree (Yami Bakura) or a fit of crying and masochistic tendancies, possibly ending in suicide (Ryou Bakura). If there is a love interest, sex would be a very difficult step for the Bakura to take. He may not want to be on the top because he is afraid of ever causing his partner the pain that he went through, but being on the bottom would be equally difficult, if his partner is male. His partner would have to be very, very sensitive, and take things very very slowly. Their first sexual activities may not even result in orgasm for the Bakura's partner, or for either of them. The partner would have to avoid things that make the Bakura feel controlled -- the partner may not be able to hold the Bakura down onto the bed, for example. Very few rape victims are willing to admit to what's been done to them. Most blame themselves, and while they may get over it, if they don't talk with somebody and realize that it wasn't their fault it will constantly drag them down. Male rape victims especially tend to blame themselves and not tell, partially because they're embarrassed that they're male and were raped by another male, and partially because they may have gotten an erection during the rape. He wouldn't have been able to control it if his prostate was hit. He'll hate himself for 'enjoying' the rape.
