The Great Pharoah Ninety; silencing the world

You don't see much of Master Pharoah Ninety. He appears to be a huge black ball with little wavy strings all around himself resembling spider legs and is extremely powerful. Only Super Sailor Moon and Sailor Saturn alone have the powers to combat him.

He cannot speak and his goal is to silence the world, wipe out all living things and leave it in a nuclear-frozen state. He advances slowly but when Super Sailor Moon destroys him, he goes explodes, leaving a huge crater of destruction behind. The healed Sailor Saturn was using her power of Silencing followed by Healing: Death Reborn/Ribbon Revolution! to fight him but Super Sailor Moon manages to join the fight and defeat him (she is the most powerful always, isn't she?).
