The Snow Dancers have no specific identity and they are all exactly alike. Their hair hangs down below their chin in some type of shape similar to a wavy bedsheet (it matches the bottom of their bodies), their fingers have ice balls at the end of them and they don't have any feet. For some unknown reason, they are able to fly/float. Their physical body is made of ice and one could say that they are nude from the their head to their waist. (Yes they ARE female). The rest of their body resembles a type of wavy, frilly skirt that tends to twirl (think of figure skating) when they spin.

Their powers involve snow and ice. They can throw blasts of snow that encase objects and people in solid blocks of ice. When dozens of them attack, they can turn Tokyo into a virtual North Pole. While it isn't hard for the Senshi to destroy the Snow Dancers one by one, the Snow Dancers almost always outnumber the Senshi. And yes, the Snow Dancers can create {Snow Illusions} which greatly confused Sailors Moon and Chibimoon in deciding who to attack. Basically, they spin around really fast in a circle causing you to get really dizzy and start seeing things everywhere. The Snow Dancers can't talk, only thing they ever say is this kind of noise that sounds like [whoooooooooo] in a very high trill.

How strong are the Snow Dancers? Well, it took all four of the Inner Senshi to defeat one. But that may have been affected by the fact that they were using their old, original attacks from first season. Jupiter threw her [Supreme Thunder] attack at it and Venus shot its arms off with her [Crescent Beam] but they only succeeded in knocking it down, armless. When she revived a moment later, Mercury used her [Shabon Spray] to prevent it from moving and Mars attacked with her [Fire Soul] which finally destroyed it. Whereas Pluto simply bashed one with her Time Staff and Uranus finished it off with World Shaking.
