She goes about disguised as a Mugen Gakuen high school student. Her witch outfit is WeIrD!!! She has a type of hat at an angle on her head that resembles a shell. Her power is this weird staticky thing that eats away at a living being and nothing is left except a pure heart crystal.

Villuy has this weird electronic device on her arm/wrist that apparently controls the Mugen Gakuen school computer system. (Also that's where her attacks come from) It programs machines in the school to suck out the heart crystals from the students and you see heart crystals galore floating through the school! She dies when her plan backfires against the Sailor Senshi and her electronic arm gives her a shock that disintegrates her.
