Sailor Moon episode 12

His roses were beautiful. He had worked on them since his youngest friend was a child, and he enjoyed it. A voice came from behind him.

"Hello, Mr. Baxter!" It was Amy.

He greeted her, and they went to sit down.

On a bench, Serena told Mr. Baxter how Amy told so much about him. He had been working there since she was a kid, and he said something rather blunt. He was about to lose his job, because the city wants to take the park down, and make a new office building. He had tried everything he could, but nothing worked. He told the girls to enjoy the park while they could.

Luna was waiting at the arcade. She was getting very discouraged, and in her distraction, wondered out into the street. A semi-truck came barreling down the road. Luna yelled in horror, and stopped yelling when she realized she was safe. Over, was a young man named Darien. Darien told the cat to be more careful, and then Serena came up from behind him. She asked what he had done to Luna, and he said that he saved Luna's life. Meanwhile, Raye was beginning to have feelings for someone...

Andrew came out. They said hi, and Serena said,

"Darien almost mutilated my kitty!"

The darkness. A cloak, which only he could wear with such elegance. Something only he could conjure up. Nephlite sat in the dark, misty mansion he had created, and he was busy. He used the powers of the stars to find the next person whose energy would be reaching its peak. He found that person: Mr. Baxter.

At the arcade, Serena lost at Sailor V. Meanwhile, Andrew and Raye were talking. Andrew said that Serena told him Raye was good at martial arts. Raye said that he grandfather taught her. Andrew said that Darien went to martial arts classes at a college, and Raye was happy, because they had something in common. While Raye was thinking to herself, she put her foot up on a stool, and leaned forward. Andrew gawked at her from behind, his eyes never leaving her hind end. Suddenly, Raye fell, and hit her head on one of the arcade machines.

That night, Mr. Baxter could only watch as they began the bulldozing. He thought to himself what a waste it was, and a voice came from behind him. It was Maxfield Stanton. Maxfield asked Mr. Baxter if he had something against the project, and he said that even though he did, it didn't matter. Maxfield said that it did, and he knew how to save the park. He grabbed Mr. Baxter's head, and using his powers as Nephlite, endowed Mr. Baxter with energy.

Mr. Baxter got up, and looked at the destruction. Maxfield told him to use his anger to make the creatures vicious, and he did. Butterflies sprinkled dust on lights, making them explode. Workers were in pain. Maxfield was glad. He thought to himself, And with enough luck, I might even lure in the Sailor Scouts!

That afternoon was going to be a turning point in Raye's life. She was planning something big for herself. She was going to pretend to run into Darien.

She ran out, and hit Darien with a lot of force. She asked if he was all right, and he said,

"Yeah, now that you're here. I've been waiting for someone like you to walk into my life."

Raye snapped back into reality.

"No way!" She said to herself, "If that happened, I'd probably just die!"

Meanwhile, Serena and Luna were walking, Serena with ice cream. Serena and Luna saw Raye, and began to watch as she implemented her plan. Raye timed the moment, released, and as she ran out, she tripped on a warped part of the sidewalk. She hit the ground, and Darien stepped on her head. Serena said to Luna,

"I feel so bad for Raye, she must be so embarrassed!"

Raye said that it was her fault, and Darien agreed. Raye told him to wait, and he stopped. He said the name Raye, and she said that she wasn't sure he'd remember. Raye asked him if he was coming from karate, and he said yes. She said that she was thinking of joining, and he said that she should. Raye invited Darien out for a milkshake and take-out, and he accepted. Meanwhile, Serena was disgusted. Luna said that she was jealous.

At a restaurant, Raye and Darien sat, drinking a milkshake. She asked him if he had a girlfriend, and he said no. Raye said that she didn't have time to date (She was obviously stuck at this point). Serena was watching from the bushes. Luna said,

"Too bad you can't make yourself invisible!"

Serena got an idea. She got out the Luna Pen, and was about to use it, when Melvin came up from behind. Serena got an even better idea. She asked Melvin if he would take her to the restaurant, and Melvin was ecstatic. Serena was going to spy on Raye.

Raye and Darien had finished, and Raye asked if he wanted to go to Fairview Park and rent a rowboat. Darien accepted, and they went. Meanwhile, Melvin and Serena were sharing a shake, and she tried it. She wasn't a big fan.

Amy was depressed. Luna came up to her, and they went to the park.

Meanwhile, a business man was talking with Mr. Baxter. The man was telling him what a great benefit the office could be. He said that he could get Mr. Baxter in as a janitor, and he hated the idea.

Amy and Luna arrived at the park. Amy had no idea what Mr. Baxter was going to do when the park was gone, and wished she could help. Meanwhile, the man who was talking with Mr. Baxter was thinking to himself. He threw his cigarette on the ground, and said,

"Give me glass and concrete anytime."

A squirrel saw this, and its eyes glowed.

Amy and Luna heard a scream. The man was surrounded by squirrels, and there were a lot.

The lake was quiet as Raye and Darien sat in a boat, talking. Raye said that they were going to get rid of the park, and suggested seeing the rose garden. He wanted to go.

Meanwhile, in a part of the park that was forest, she was spying on Raye and Darien. Melvin said that he had never felt like he was feeling. He turned around to kiss her, but she was gone.

Amy and Luna saw Serena, and Serena said that she was stuck with Melvin. Suddenly, Mr. Baxter got their attention, and told them he was going to punish them for abusing nature. At the mansion, Nephlite sensed it, and released his monster, Potassose, and it was released. Amy was the first to go.

"MERCURY POWER!!!!"

Next was Serena.

"MOON PRISM POWER!!!"

On the river, Darien got a strange feeling, and Raye asked if he was all right. Suddenly, a flock of birds flew for them, knocking them out of the boat.

Potassose attacked. Butterflies swarmed the Sailor Scouts, and Luna was being attacked by squirrels. Sailor Mercury stopped it.

"MERCURY BUBBLES BLAST!!!"

The animals stopped. Sailor Mercury asked what the monster did to Mr. Baxter. Sailor Moon added,

"And why are the animals going berserk!?"

Potassose's reply was trapping them in vines.

Raye and Darien crawled out of the water, and saw evil energy being projected over some tall hedges. Raye had to leave. She apologized to Darien, but there was something she forgot to do.

Sailor Moon and Mercury were wrapped up. Sailor Moon asked Luna for help, but Luna was dazed. Mercury tried to break free, but couldn't. Suddenly, they were freed.

"MARS FIRE IGNITE!!!"

Sailor Moon said that Sailor Mars almost burnt her, and Sailor Mars said that was a fine thanks. Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars took all of Sailor Moon's lines. Sailor Moon was angry for a second.

Potassose attacked, but stopped when a red flash and a rose hit her in the face. Tuxedo Mask had arrived. He told Sailor Moon to be strong, and she was.

"MOON TIARA MAGIC!!!"

Potassose was killed. Tuxedo Mask left, and Sailor Moon was swooning over him.

Mr. Baxter woke up, and didn't remember anything. Amy said that he had too much sun. Darien walked up, wondering what could happen next, and said hi to Raye. Raye asked Serena if she was jealous, because she and Darien were going out on the lake. Serena yelled at her that she could waste as much time as she wanted on Darien. Darien suggested taking them both out for a shake, and Raye agreed. She thought to herself, maybe we'll do that romantic thing where you have two straws in a glass! Melvin came along. He suggested to Serena that they go out on a boat, and Serena said that they weren't on a date. Melvin listed the things they did: Sharing a milkshake, going for a walk in the woods, and Darien said that it sounded like a date. Serena told him to butt out, and she's not on a date. Everyone said,

"It looks like one to me!"
