Sailor Moon episode 22

Darien woke up. He needed some air. He went out to the balcony, and wondered about the dream. Was he Tuxedo Mask?

In the Negaverse, Beryl had given her first praises to her minions since ever. Zoicite was being commended by her queen, but she still needed six more of the fabled Rainbow Crystals. Zoicite knew, and she used the powers of the Black Crystal to find the next carrier: A Priest.

At Crossroads Jr. High, Miss Haruna was giving the class essay questions for the weekend. Serena thought to herself that Molly had been out of school for a week. Miss Haruna asked if there were any questions. Yeah, Serena thought, Will Molly be OK again?

Melvin walked with Serena, and he asked what was wrong. Serena was worried about Molly, and Melvin said that they should go to her house to cheer her up. Serena said that he'd better not give any boring lectures on inchworms. Melvin said that he learned a lot of jokes on the Internet, and that he would be Mr. Entertainment.

At Molly's, Serena was telling her about how Melvin got tangle up in the volleyball net in gym. Melvin said that it was because someone with long blond pig tails tripped him. Melvin asked Molly if she wanted to hear a joke, and Serena said that he should tell them about any good gossip. Melvin said that Millionaire Maxfield Stanton was missing, and Serena hit him. Molly suggested that they go outside, on such a beautiful day. They planned to go see the Sailor V movie. Melvin was all for it.

At Raye's, Amy, Raye, and Luna, and Lita were talking. Amy asked what the Negaverse was after, and Luna said that they were after the Rainbow Crystals. Raye thought that they were after energy. Luna said that they were. Lita surmised that maybe the Rainbow Crystals gave them more energy, and Luna said that the universe would be doomed if the Negaverse got a hold of the Crystals. She explained the story of the crystals, and Lita said that it would be easy. They defeated the Game Machine monster easily, and Raye remarked under her breath,

"Yeah, with a little help from Tuxedo Mask!"

Amy asked how they were supposed to know where the carriers were, and Luna said that there was an alarm in the Crescent Moon Wand that reacted to the crystals. They surmised that Serena would be irresponsible with it, thinking that she'd use it to break open her piggy bank, and Luna said that the responsibility is good for her. She said that if they didn't want Serena as leader, they had to all agree. Raye said that she was the best choice. Amy said that Serena had come a long way, and Raye pinched her.

"Still, I think Raye would be a much better choice!" she said.

Lita voiced her opinion. She didn't agree. Serena had guts, she just didn't always know it. Luna suggested calling her, because as leader, she had to be there. She called Serena, and told her to come down to the Temple. Serena said that she had a full afternoon, and said that she was going to see the Sailor V movie. Lita was beginning to feel let down.

Serena, Molly, and Melvin were looking at a graveyard. Melvin suggested that they walk out by the water, and was practically talking to himself. Molly wondered out loud if Nephlite could see her. She started to miss him, and began to cry. Melvin suggested that they go to the insectisarium, and Serena shouted it down. She and Melvin looked around, and Molly was gone.

Molly hadn't gone far. She walked into the graveyard and talked to a priest. She explained what had happened to her friend Nephlite, and he said that she wouldn't forget him if he was in her heart. Molly said that she felt so alone, and the priest said that what she had said wasn't true. He had seen her with her friends. A voice came from behind Molly, saying that she should forget Nephlite. Molly turned around to see Zoicite, and Zoicite said that Nephlite got what he deserved. Molly recalled the night that Nephlite died, and remembered a woman that had appeared...

Melvin and Serena were looking hard, and Serena saw a light coming from her bag. She took out the Crescent Moon Wand, and Luna came up to her. She said that a Rainbow Crystal was nearby, and Serena asked what a Rainbow Crystal was. Luna told her. She said to look for a person with a Rainbow Crystal inside.

Lita was running to her friend's aid.

"I can't believe Amy and Raye refused to come!" She said to herself.

"Sailor Scouts can't go on strike!"

Serena and Luna, meanwhile, were searching the graveyard, looking for the Rainbow Crystal.

The priest said that Zoicite seemed troubled, and she got out the Black Crystal. Molly remembered it, and tried to take it from her. Serena ran to where they were, and saw that Molly was in danger.

"MOON PRISM POWER!!!"

Zoicite knocked Molly down, and was about to take the crystal, when Sailor Moon appeared. Zoicite proceeded in taking the Rainbow crystal, but the crystal flew away. The priest was transformed into a monster named Vulture. He had large boxing gloves. He made a long introduction, and said,

"The challenger!"

Sailor Moon replied,

"Yeah! Sailor 'Boom Boom' Moon!" Sailor Moon was afraid.

Vulture attacked. Sailor Moon landed on the ground, and as Vulture was about to blast Sailor Moon, Molly intervened. Melvin ran to Molly, and dove out of the way with her, just as the glove hit, missing Sailor Moon. Vulture attacked again, launching his gloves at them. The glove loomed closer over Sailor Moon, and the glove hit with accuracy.

Sailor Moon opened her eyes, and saw herself in the arms of Tuxedo Mask. Tuxedo Mask said unto Zoicite that he won the second crystal. Zoicite told Vulture to attack, and he did, but missed. When Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Moon landed, Vulture charged them, and Tuxedo Mask leapt in the air. Vulture fired at him, and Tuxedo Mask spun his cane in front of him, deflecting the blasts. Sailor Moon looked on the ground in front of her, and noticed a small star shaped locket. She looked up, and saw Lita running. Lita transformed.

"JUPITER POWER!!!"

Vulture attacked Tuxedo Mask and missed, but found himself a new target: Sailor Jupiter. Vulture charged, and Jupiter countered.

"JUPITER THUNDER CRASH!!"

Vulture's glove broke, and Sailor Moon used the time of weakness to her advantage.

"MOON HEALING ACTIVATION!!!"

Vulture was returned to a priest, and the priest said that violence was a terrible thing, and that they must purge it from their lives.

Meanwhile, Zoicite was looking for the Rainbow Crystal. Tuxedo Mask found it.

"Hey, that's mine!" Zoicite shouted.

"Sorry, I don't see your name on it anywhere!" Tuxedo Mask called back, "Loser!"

Zoicite retreated.

Luna asked if Sailor Moon knew who had the Rainbow Crystal, and Sailor Moon wasn't concerned.

Tuxedo Mask stood on the dock, and was holding the small orange Rainbow Crystal. The crystal reverted him to his true form: Darien.

"I knew it! I am Tuxedo Mask!"

Molly was mending Melvin's shoulder with the bandage she used for Nephlite. Molly said that he lived in her heart, like all her closest friends. Serena looked at the locket, and opened it. It began to play, and Serena remembered the music. Lita and Luna were talking not far away. Luna said that she wished the Sailor Scouts would come, and now, she would have to tell Serena that she might not be leader. Lita said not to, and that deep in their hearts, the Sailor Scouts believed in her.

Serena's locket was playing, and Molly asked if it was a gift. Serena replied,

"Long ago..."

The locket played its gentle tune.
