Sailor Moon episode 33

At school, Miss Haruna was going over their assignment, and Serena had fallen asleep. She was dreaming that she was being presented in a royal palace as Princess Serena. Everyone in the giant ballroom was astonished that they would be graced with someone so defined. It was then, that Tuxedo Mask asked Serena to dance. They did, and then, Miss Haruna came up, yelling at Serena. Serena scolded her for talking to a princess like that, and Miss Haruna bowed down in apology. In the real world, Serena was giggling in her sleep, and Miss Haruna had taken notice. She woke Serena up. Serena said to herself,

"Princesses shouldn't get yelled at."

Then, she noticed that she was still in class. Haruna stated to Serena that she was still half asleep. She then asked if Serena had finished her assignment, and when Serena stalled, she was sent out.

Serena stood in the hall, and a lonely wind blew by.

"This is totally unfair of Miss Haruna!" Serena said, "I mean, what's so bad about wanting to learn to act like a real Princess?"

"I agree." a voice said. It was Luna.

"I think you could use some improvement." Serena said that if she acted like a Princess, Tuxedo Mask couldn't resist her. That was not what Luna had in mind.

That night, at the Game Crown video arcade, Luna was checking in with Central Control. Her password was,

"The cat who chases his tail leaves a circular trail."

The password was verified, and Luna said that it felt as if she was "chasing her tail". Central Control responded by saying,

"A sensible cat-like behavior."

Luna laughed, and that she couldn't get Serena to take her Princess role more seriously. Central Control was about to respond, when it went haywire, and malfunctioned. The screen changed, and it showed Artemis. He was sitting in front of a small panel, and was wearing a set of headphones. Artemis was Central Control. Luna asked why he didn't tell her, and Artemis said,

"Cause, I guess, you never asked, I guess!"

At the finishing school, the young ladies who were Countess Rose's students, were sitting and drinking tea. Countess Rose began to recite a poem for them. Meanwhile, Serena and Luna crept into a tree, and watched. Serena heard the poem and loved it. She screamed, because the girls were enjoying chocolate cheesecake. Suddenly, they heard a voice. They looked down. They saw a handsome man dressed in a tuxedo. He said to Serena,

"Excuse me, ma'am, but I suggest you use the door for a more graceful entrance."

It was then that Luna and Serena chose to fall out of the tree. Upon landing, the man asked what Serena would like, and she said that she really wanted to take the Princess Seminar. The man said that they only took in girls who were recommended by their members. Serena picked up Luna, and said that she would recommend her. The man said that recommendation from a cat wasn't very credible. Countess Rose's beautiful laugh came from behind the man, and said that Serena was an amusing young lady. She said that in the case they had before them, they could make an exception. She said, though, that there was a condition. Serena was afraid. She said that she was not very good at table manners, or any manners at all, and not very graceful.

"Outdoor sports? Hey, I'm an ace! If I don't have to run."

Countess Rose laughed, and said,

"No real lady likes to run." She told the man, whose name was Charles, to get a discus. He did, and told Serena that if she could throw it well, then she would be admitted into the course. Serena spun it on her finger, and gave it a throw. The small disc flew through the air, and into the tea room, where the girls were sitting. It flew between the heads of two of the students, causing nothing more than a wind. The discus returned to Serena, and the bows in the hair of the two students broke. Serena was admitted.

Lita told the girls that Serena had been admitted into the Princess Seminar, when she went to meet them at Cherry Hill Temple. Raye said,

"That'll be an achievement!" Amy said to get off her case. At least she was trying. Artemis said that it would take more than Finishing School to be a princess, and Mina said,

"Artemis, that wasn't a very gentlemanly thing to say. Isn't she fine the way she is?"

Artemis didn't mean that. He meant that what makes a Princess comes from the heart. Amy had an idea. They could go to the school, and see what it's like, and crash the seminar. All the girls agreed, and Artemis was less that enthusiastic.

At the finishing school, the girls were throwing the discus. Serena, of course, was doing the best, and it showed. Countess Rose was watching over them in the meantime, and suspected that Serena could be the one. She asked the man's opinion as he appeared. Malachite said that Sailor Moon's tiara turned into a Frisbee whenever she threw it. Countess Rose said that she couldn't understand that Serena was so good at the discus, yet so bad at everything else. She also couldn't understand how Serena, if she was Sailor Moon, could fall into the trap so easily. Malachite simply said that Sailor Moon was gullible.

That evening, the students were being served soup. Serena dug right in, and slurped loudly. She was told to stop, but she couldn't help it.

Later, Countess Rose was telling the students that speech was very important. Serena was becoming bored, and began to think to herself, but was shot out of it, when Countess Rose asked her a question. She stood up, and the Countess asked what she should say when she offers cocoa to her guests. Serena's try was,

"Cocoa's on, come and get it? No, come and get it please?" She shrugged, and the girls laughed. Countess Rose said that it would be better to say,

"Please have some cocoa."

That night, the final class of the Princess course was taking place. The students were ballroom dancing with the men. Rose said that anyone who had passed would know, because they would be tapped on the shoulder. Serena, in the meantime, was having a terrible time with her dancing. She stepped on her partner's foot, and he was in pain. Serena fell, and it was then that Raye came over to her, and said,

"How's it going, Serena?"

Serena looked up to see Amy, Raye, Lita, and Mina. Serena watched while Amy danced with her partner with a gentle grace, and the same feat was accomplished by Lita. Raye, in the meantime, was thinking that this kind of dancing was a bore, and began to swing her partner around. Mina agreed with the idea, and began to make up her own steps. Serena continued dancing, and then, all three girls stepped on their partner's feet. Serena said that it was hard, and asked,

"Can we go back to throwing the discus?"

The students danced on. Countess Rose passed all her students, and Amy, and Lita, but didn't pass Serena, Raye, or Mina. They said that it wasn't fair.

In the room, Lita and Amy saw that there were wax statues of young girls. Lita asked what was with them, and Countess Rose appeared from behind one, and said that they were actually young girls. Countess Rose began to transform, and became a monster from the Negaverse. She introduced herself as Polite Society. She was covered in small oyster like shells. She had one in each palm of her hand, and sprayed all the girls with a green liquid. All the girls turned to wax. Meanwhile, outside, Raye, Mina, and Serena heard the screams. They were going to investigate, when Polite Society stopped them. Two of the men, who were assistants, were afraid, and tried to run, but Polite Society sprayed them. Polite Society apologized to them, that they hadn't passed the course, and said that it meant that one of them was Sailor Moon. Serena asked why that was, and Polite Society said,

"Because Sailor Moon is a clumsy, flaky, scatterbrained dufus who would never in a million years, have what it takes to be a lady."

Mina said that Sailor Moon wasn't always clumsy, and Raye said that Sailor Moon wasn't always flaky. Serena said,

"Okay, so I'm not perfect, but you're supposed to be my friends!"

Polite Society, now with the knowledge that Serena was Sailor Moon, tried to blast them, but they ducked behind pillars. Luna and Artemis leapt from above, and grabbed hold of Polite Society's face. The girls leapt out a window, and transformed.

"MOON PRISM POWER!!!"

"MARS POWER!!!!"

"VENUS POWER!!!!"

Polite Society had gone outside with the cats on her face, and threw them off. She looked around for the girls, and saw them up above, when Sailor Moon told her where to look. The Sailor Scouts introduced themselves, and Polite Society attacked, and missed. Mars attacked.

"MARS FIRE IGNITE!!"

Polite Society countered, and the firebolt was turned to wax. Venus tried.

"VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH!!"

The Crescent Beam was also turned to wax. Sailor Moon was worried. What if she couldn't stop the monster? Polite Society was ready to spray the Sailor Scouts. A rose came down. He appeared, and said to the monster,

"Good evening, Polite Society."

"Good evening, Prince Darien."

Sailor Moon was glad he was back. He had come to save them.

"Don't be so sure." Sailor Mars said, with tears in her eyes. Tuxedo Mask said that he wanted the Imperium Silver Crystal, and Polite Society noticed that Darien wasn't following Malachite's plan. Sailor Moon wasn't going to fight Tuxedo Mask. He wasn't the enemy. Sailor Venus told Sailor Moon to face it. He was the pawn of the Negaverse. Tuxedo Mask asked promptly again, and it was then that Malachite appeared. He told Darien to step aside, as he wasn't following the plan. Darien said that he was only interested in the Crystal, not a battle. Malachite told Polite Society to destroy Sailor Moon, and Darien said to get the crystal.

"Sailor Moon!"

"The Crystal!"

"Sailor Moon!"

Polite Society was getting a headache. Sailor Moon came up to her, and said,

"You poor thing. How about a cup of cocoa to perk you up!"

"Thank you." Polite Society said. "But better to say, 'would you like some cocoa?'." Sailor Moon used her distraction.

"MOON HEALING ACTIVATION!!"

Countess Rose was returned. Malachite left. Sailor Moon was about to heal Tuxedo Mask, but he moved out of the way. Sailor Moon did not execute the power. Tuxedo Mask said that Sailor Moon could keep the crystal. He left.

Inside, the girls all returned to normal. They looked up, and saw Sailor Moon's silhouette in a window. Outside, Sailor Moon was looking at the Moon, and thought to herself, Tuxedo Mask, I will get you back!

Serena screamed, as she was late for school. Luna came up to her, and asked,

"What happened to acting like a Princess?"

"I'm still working on it!"

"Yes? How so?"

"Well, when I'm not late for class, or having somewhere to go." Serena ran. Luna thought to herself that they had a long way to go. Meanwhile, Serena began to fall to the ground...
