Sailor Moon Episode 136

A man drove through the rain one night. In the quickest second, Pegasus appeared, and the man crashed.

Rini and her friends were watching some children play soccer. One particular kid scored a goal. He was Robert, a very popular and handsome young man. When Rini and her friends were walking home, the oddest thing had happened. Robert came to her and asked her out. Rini didn't offer an answer, but Robert had to go to practice anyway. He said she should give him her answer by then. He ran off to play. Two of Rini's friends started teasing her.

"Boy, he thinks you're really phat!"

"Yeah! What did you do to attract him?"

"Are you going to hang out with him, or do you like someone else?"

"You girls are totally buggin'!" Rini's guy friend Kelly said, turning to walk away. "Why do girls always act like such goofballs?"

The two girls wondered if Kelly liked Rini too. They thought her lucky. Rini decided just to go home. She went right to her room, where she spoke with Pegasus.

"Robert seems to like me, and has a dream to be a famous soccer player one day." She explained. "I do sorta think he's cool. I hear he's got he's got his own fan club, and wants to go out with me. Still, I don't know what to do."

"Oh? Why not?" Asked Pegasus.

Rini sat at her desk. "Well, oh, I don't know if I should go."

Pegasus seemed unable to meet Rini's gaze. "I don't know if he's the right one for me." Rini said. "What do you think?"

"Rini, I can't help you decide that." He said. "You must follow your own heart."

Rini was left more confused than ever. Meanwhile downstairs, Serena was searching for cookies to snack on, when she saw the news on TV. The newscast talked about a winged horse attacking people in their cars. Serena could hardly believe what she was hearing and seeing. She ran off to tell Rini.

Meanwhile, at the bar the Amazon Trio were when they weren't working, Fish Eye came in, exhausted while Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye were grumbling at the pictures of girls. They asked Fish Eye why she was so exhausted when she didn't even work. Fish Eye just said it wasn't her fault. She saw a picture of Robert suddenly, and after falling in love for the young boy (ick), she went off to snag her target.

Raye was reading the headline of the newspaper, which had the story about the attacks on people by the winged horse. The girls wondered if Pegasus was the enemy. They had all gathered at a restaurant, and Serena was eating as much as she could. Rini came to the table.

"Hey Rini, tell us about the boy in love with you!" Lita said. Rini stopped in her tracks.

"Serena, you have a big mouth!" Rini said.

Amy and Lita moved to make a place for Rini. "Lita, forget that." Amy said. "What about Pegasus?"

"Later." Lita said, turning to Rini. "Look Rini, so what are you gonna do about that boy? The first step you take is always the most important."

Mina chimed in. "You should make a major impression on him!"

"We'll give you any advice you like." Raye said. "Just ask away. Ask us anything you want, and we'll tell you exactly what to do!"

Serena raised her hand. Or rather, her fork. "Yeah, and this from girls who don't even have a boyfriend except for me!" She said.

The girls started arguing, and Rini told them to stop. The girls stopped and were quiet in an instant.

"I really don't know what I'm going to do about Robert." Rini said. "I just can't make up my mind."

Mina and Raye asked why she hadn't made up her mind. Rini explained that she had just met him, and didn't know if she liked him. The girls told her not to take love quite so seriously, and if she hung out with Robert, maybe she'd like him.

"Rini, love isn't what you think." Lita said. "You know, it can take time to learn to love someone. You have to get to know them. And then, after you know them, and you want them to be around all the time, then it means you've fallen in love."

Rini smiled suddenly. "Yes, I understand that!" She said. "But, I think that when you're gonna love someone, you'll know right away, as soon as you meet them, and then you want them to be with you all the time, you want time to stop while they're around. Don't you think that's what love is like?*"

The girls just looked at Rini confused. Mina wondered if Rini was in love. Rini, embarrassed, brushed off the thought, and wanted to eat some of Serena's food. Serena and Rini started fighting over it, but Rini let go suddenly when she saw the newspaper. Serena crashed into her seat. Rini read the headline.

"It's not true!" Rini said to the girls. "They're making up stories! He wouldn't hurt anyone! It's a lie! They're trippin' for sure! Pegasus wouldn't do such things!"

Amy looked at Rini, concerned. "Rini, do you know something you're not telling us?" Amy asked. "What else do you know about Pegasus?"

"Well, Pegasus keeps helping me when I ask him, that's what I know!" Rini replied. "So this must be a lie!"

The girls just looked on solemnly.

Meanwhile, Robert was waiting for Rini to show. A woman's voice caught his attention, and he turned to see a beautiful young girl. It was actually Fish Eye in disguise, and she wondered if Robert would play with her. At that moment, Rini was heading over to the soccer field, and Serena was trying to follow her silently. Rini knew that Serena was there, and asked Serena why she was following her. Serena yelled back at Rini, saying it was her duty to watch over her. The girls were also spying from around a corner. Amy didn't like it, but Mina said it was for Rini's protection.

Meanwhile, Fish Eye was telling Robert how she loved soccer.

"The players are all such hotties, don't you think?" Fish Eye asked. "All muscular and athletic, I'm sure you're a way tight soccer player!"

"Miss, don't you have some place you need to be?" Robert asked. Fish Eye was offended. "I'm sorry, but it's like I said, I'm waiting for someone. I just don't have any time to spend with you."

Fish Eye was offended, and started to scold Robert for turning down a beautiful girl like her. As she was talking, Robert was walking away.

"Hey! Where are you going?" Fish Eye shouted.

"I told you, I'm waiting for someone, and she should be here any minute!" Robert replied. He stopped walking away when he heard an odd sound. It was the odd blanket obscuring Fish Eye from view. When it disappeared, Fish Eye stood in her true form.

"One, two, three!" Fish Eye shouted. Robert was trapped against the upright table, and his Dream Mirror appeared. Serena and Rini happened on the scene, and transformed.

"MOON COSMIC DREAM ACTION!"

Fish Eye did not find Pegasus in Robert's Dream Mirror. Before she could do something about that, a voice shouted,

"Stop that! You have no right to attack an innocent boy, you playground bully!"

Fish Eye looked atop a jungle gym, and saw Sailor Moon and Mini Moon atop it.

"We are the Sailor Scouts!" Sailor Moon shouted.

"And we stand for Love and Justice!" Sailor Mini Moon added.

"I'm Sailor Moon!"

"And I'm Sailor Mini Moon!"

"And in the name of the Moon, we shall punish you!"

Fish Eye seemed almost to be waiting for the two Sailors to appear. Not surprising, since they appeared during every other attack the Amazon Trio implemented.

"Double Attack! Super Sailor Kick!"

The attack didn't exactly catch Fish Eye off guard. She sidestepped the two Sailor Scouts, and they crashed into the ground. Fish Eye called her Remlis, Mawashitaro. When it appeared, it looked strangely familiar. In fact, it was a man that seemed to be dressed in a pegasus costume. Sailor Mini Moon called the real deal.

"Pegasus, please help protect people's dreams!"

"CRYSTAL TWINKLE BELL!"

Fish Eye just smirked and cued her Remlis. It flexed its muscles, and four orange horses popped out of the ground, marking four corners of a square around the Sailor Scouts. They were fake too, looking like those belonging to a merry-go-round. The Remlis started to spin around quickly. As if on cue, the horses began to speed in a circle around the Sailor Scouts, creating a dome of dark energy. Pegasus tried to fly into the dome, but wasn't quick enough, and hit the dome hard.

"He can't get into this reality!" Fish Eye said. "There's nothing he can do! And without his help, you're nothing! Poor Pegasus!"

The other Sailor Scouts arrived on the scene, and saw the dark dome with Pegasus above it. Sailor Venus wondered if Pegasus was also the enemy. Mercury told them to worry about it later. Jupiter stepped up.

"SPARKLING WIDE PRESSURE!"

"CELESTIAL FIRE SURROUND!"

Both the powers of Jupiter and Mars were simply absorbed by the dark dome. Fish Eye laughed, and drew four small daggers. She threw the daggers at the Sailor Scouts, and missed. Convinced the battle was hers, she continued throwing more and more daggers. Each one missed, and the two Sailors stood their ground. Venus, Mercury, Jupiter and Mars tried to charge their way through the dome, but it didn't work. Sailor Moon and Mini Moon tried another double kick, but it failed too.

"This is bad." Sailor Jupiter said. "What are we gonna do?"

Pegasus' light shone, and he said, "You will become Super Sailor Scouts. I will give you power. Harmonize your bodies to the power wave that I send you."

"What power wave?" Asked Jupiter.

"Trust me, please." Pegasus said. "Open your hearts. Let my power flow into you."

"Wait a minute." Mars said. "How do we know you're not one of our enemies?"

"She's right." Said Sailor Venus.

"This could be some trap." Mercury said.

Pegasus felt discouraged. Giving up on the Sailor Scouts, he turned around and started to ram the dark dome. Each one hurt him like nothing he'd felt before, and weakened him greatly. Sailor Mini Moon ran to Pegasus, and was stopped by the dome. The Sailor Scouts looked on as Fish Eye drew a foil. Pegasus tried again, but to no avail. He was weakened by the blow.

"Please... trust me... I beg you... their lives are in danger." He said to the Sailor Scouts weakly.

The Sailor Scouts continued to just watch the spectacle in shock. They saw how similar the Remlis looked to Pegasus. Pegasus, convinced that the Sailor Scouts were a lost cause, rammed the dome again. The blow weakened him even more. Mini Moon pleaded with the Sailor Scouts to trust Pegasus. Finally, when Pegasus seemed almost finished, the Sailor Scouts agreed to accept his power. Pegasus suddenly stood as if he hadn't been hurt, and took to the sky. Golden light shone from his horn, and the Sailor Scouts suddenly felt a change in them. Their transformation pens had changed for the first time in a long while, and they were turned into Super Sailor Scouts. Their uniforms even changed, with the addition of longer bows in the back, chokers on their necks, and different earrings. The newly powered Sailor Scouts charged towards the dome.

"SUPER VENUS LOVE CHAIN!"

"SUPERIOR SPARKLING THUNDER!"

"MEGA MARS FIRE RINGS BLAST!"

"SUPER AQUA ILLUSION!"

The powers of the Sailor Scouts destroyed the horses creating the dome, and the dome was destroyed. Sailor Moon stepped up.

"MOON GORGEOUS MEDITATION!"

With the Remlis destroyed, Fish Eye retreated, freeing Robert. The Sailor Scouts looked at Pegasus.

"Thank you for trusting me." Pegasus said. He flew off into the sky and disappeared without a trace.

That evening, Rini was sitting with Robert on a swing.

"I'm sorry Robert, but I just can't go out with you." Rini said.

"Well, I don't mean to brag," Robert replied, "but this is the first time anybody's ever rejected me."

"I'm sorry, Robert." Rini said.

Robert stood up. "Rini, I get it." He said. "You already like someone else, don't you?"

Rini offered no answer, but just looked up at the sky. Neither Robert nor Rini noticed that Serena, Mina, Raye, Lita and Amy were spying on them from the bushes. Raye, Lita and Mina wanted to get closer, and Serena and Amy just wanted to leave them alone.

"No way!" Mina said. "We haven't figured out what she's said to him yet!"

"Don't you want to know what she said to him, Serena?" Lita asked. Serena, well, reacted.

"Well, I think we've been here too long anyway." Serena said, laughing sheepishly.

Raye scowled at Serena. "Serena, are you hiding something from us?" She asked.

Serena tried to fool the girls into thinking she had nothing to hide, and suddenly tried to shut up her pager, which went off. It was Darien. Since the jig was up, Serena told the girls that she had a date with him at that very moment. She had forgotten.

"Poor Darien!" Mina said.

"It's a mystery why he still wants to go out with her." Raye said.

"Well, now we're the ones who are behind Rini in getting a boyfriend." Lita said.

The girls resolved to find themselves boyfriends that summer at the beach. In their excitement, they neglected to be quiet for a moment.

"You've been spying on us, haven't you?" Rini said, finding the girls.

"Busted!"
