Michele was enjoying a quiet evening by the poolside. She held a seashell by her ear and in her mind, was whisked away. In her mind, birds flew overhead in a blue sky, and she stood in the welcome arms of the ocean, listening to the sounds of it in the seashell. It seemed that she could do it forever. But sadly, it was not to be.

"It's not fair, Michele." A voice echoed through her dream. "You go off in your own world." Michele opened her eyes and beheld Amara, who was smiling down on her. "Don't leave me alone here." Amara said.

"This morning, I had a dream." Michele said. "And I haven't been able to shake off its effects. It's never happened to me before."

"I know." Amara replied.

"You mean you already knew?" Michele asked, looking into the haze of the pool.

"Of course." Amara said. "I noticed. It means destiny has arrived. The Heart Crystals will appear."

Meanwhile, at the Witches 5 Research Laboratory, Eudial was sitting down in front of her computer, getting ready to work. She finally knew how she was going to narrow down the carriers of the Heart Crystals. The program needed a while before it could produce results, so Eudial decided to pass the time somewhere else. She went to her personal locker and put on one of her slippers. She shrieked in pain suddenly. She reached into the offending shoe, and pulled out a thumb tack. She looked up, and saw something strange in her locker. She saw her locker crawling in snails. She leapt back against the lockers behind her, wondering how they got there. Then, the door on her locker swung open, revealing a note.

"The woman who usually takes away the snails had a bad accident?!" She read in shock.

"Have you heard the news, girls?" A voice said. It was coming from the other side of the lockers. "Eudial has failed in her mission once again!" The voice said.

"Yeah I know, she's such a loser!" Another voice said. "She wasted another one of Dr. Tomo's Heart Snatchers."

"She's just a good talker, but when it comes to the real thing, she's a dud." Said a third voice.

"That's for sure!" The first voice said. "She should just give up her work and leave it to us girls!"

Eudial came from her eavesdropping spot.

"Can it girls." Said the first voice. "Let's not forget she's the team leader."

One of the girls, a blond-haired small woman with glasses, turned to face Eudial. Eudial ducked behind the lockers more.

"Yeah, it's about time I became supervisor." The second voice said.

"Well, don't get your hopes up." The blond girl said, glancing backwards to see if Eudial was still watching. "Cause Dr. Tomo called me early this morning and said I'm the one he wants to talk to." She giggled. The other two women gasped. So did Eudial.

"Why did he pick Mimette instead of one of us?" One of the women said.

Eudial went back to her computer and sat down, growling at the screen. She was grumbling at how much of a slimebag Mimette was, and her computer was able to do a search of all the people in Japan. The computer stopped when it had narrowed down the carriers of the crystals. Eudial was shocked.

Somewhere in Japan, a phone rang. It was Amara's phone. The caller was Eudial.

"Hello." Eudial's voice said. "I believe I have reached Amara Tenoh's house. I'll leave you a message, alright! Eudial speaking." Eudial laughed. "Are you surprised? Now that I have your phone number, it'll be dead easy to find out where you live! Then you'll get another surprise! I know who the holder of the heart crystal is! Victory now belongs to us!" She laughed. Suddenly, the machine beeped, and the message ended. Just then, another call came in, and Amara let it ring. It was Eudial again.

"Your stupid answering maching cut me off before I finished speaking to you!" She said. "Well, never mind. I'll tell you all now. Anyway, I know you two are looking for the Pure Heart Crystals. If you wanted to, we could join forces in this particular chase. No need to worry though. My boss doesn't need to know about it if it's a deal between me and you. Think about it! We can meet in secret. I'll send you a map of the location by fax. See you then!"

The map was surely faxed, and Michele came in listening to the message. Amara knew her hunch had been confirmed. She looked at her hands, thinking of how soiled they seemed from the mission. Michele came to her and took Amara's hands in hers. They both smiled at each other, glad to find one another's comfort.

Meanwhile, the girls were around the city on their own, remembering a conversation.

Amy: What are the Pure Heart Crystals?

Michele: Our mission is to find the Pure Heart Crystals.

Lita: You mean, by fair means or foul?

Amara: Yes. We don't have any choice.

Raye: Couldn't we just find a way to agree with each other?

Michele: No. In this case, we're your enemies too.

Mina: But all of us are Sailor Scouts.

Amara: It doesn't matter. We belong to a different world. We won't hesitate sacrificing lives if we have to.

Michele: Even if it means risking the life of the holder of a Pure Heart Crystal.

"Meatball Head, phone for you!" Sammy said. Serena looked up. She had been laying on her bed quietly, thinking about Amara, Michele, and the Heart Crystals. Serena had a call from Amara. Meanwhile, Rini and Darien were standing on the street talking.

"What do you mean?" Darien said. "Amara and Michele called Serena on the phone. I'm worried about her. They really are really Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, aren't they?"

"Yeah." Rini replied, holding her Luna Ball. "But those two aren't as bad as they seem, Darien."

Rini looked down the street at a strange woman who had stopped, looked at them for a moment, and then walked away.

Meanwhile, Serena was ascending the elevator of Amara and Michele's apartment building. She looked around. All through the walls and ceiling was an aquarium, filled with fish. Serena asked if she could bring the girls, but got no response.

"Listen." Amara finally said. "You better not get in our way again or else. You get that, Sailor Moon?"

"Or else?" Serena replied. "Why not? We all share the same fate as Sailor Scouts. We could all join forces in our fight."

Amara walked towards Serena. "Our mission is not a game for little girls, and we won't let you interfere with our plans." Amara said. She reached out and grabbed Serena's brooch. After a small struggle, Serena was knocked to the ground. Amara warned her not to interfere.

"URANUS PLANET POWER!"

"NEPTUNE PLANET POWER!"

"We've been looking for the crystals that are held in pure hearts." Sailor Uranus said. "If we can't lay our hands on three of them, the world is doomed."

"Eternal Silence is threatening this world!" Sailor Neptune said. "The end of time is getting nearer! The only one who can prevent it is the Ambassador of Good."

"Ambassador of Good?" Serena repeated in wonder.

The two Sailors went to the roof. A helicopter was waiting there for them. They boarded it, much to Serena's protest, and flew off. Serena watched in horror as they got away with her brooch.

"Will you try to save them?" A voice said from behind her. Serena looked back inside to the aquarium room. Out came a tall woman. "They're both heading for the battle that will seal their fate. This time, they're risking their very lives."

"Who are you?"

"My name is Trista Meioh. You could say I'm an old friend of thiers."

"It's true then. Their lives are in danger?"

"Think you can save them? I think not. Now that you can't transform yourself, you might be in greater danger than they are."

"Please! Tell me where they went! I have to be there for them!"

Trista smiled at Serena's gumption. Meanwhile, Uranus and Neptune sped across the ocean on their helicopter. They landed on the platform of a giant building on the water. They walked inside. The walls were lined with red panels, each with a picture of an angel on it. As they walked, Michele heard a noise and looked at one of the red panels. Suddenly, the panel moved out of its place, and so did a large number of them. They moved to trap the two Sailors while Eudial laughed smugly. She was able to control the panels via a table soccer game. She pulled the control rods, and the red panels began to fly with blinding speed at Uranus and Neptune. Uranus and Neptune worked quickly and cunningly, dodging the attacks. The supply of the panels seemed endless.

"WORLD SHAKING!"

Uranus' power shot through the red panels and smashed every one it hit.

"NEPTUNE DEEP SUBMERGE!"

Neptune's power mimicked Uranus', destroying every red panel it hit. Just as they thought their work was over, a red panel appeared in a slot in the wall and shot at Uranus. Neptune dove and pushed Uranus out of the way, and the panel hit her. The panel flew into the wall, with Neptune on it. It turned around like a secret door, and Neptune was nowhere to be seen. Uranus ran to the panel, but it disappeared, leaving only a wall. Just then, organ music began to play throughout the building. Uranus looked and saw Eudial playing it.

"Sailor Uranus, holder of the Pure Heart Crystal, is in my hands now." Eudial said.

"What are you talking about?" Uranus said, looking for a way to get Neptune.

"Till now, I didn't figure it out." Eudial replied. "And it's no wonder you didn't know about it either."

"What's all this about?" Uranus shouted.

"I'm trying to tell you," Eudial said, "that your cousin, Sailor Neptune, is the holder of a Pure Heart Crystal. I'm going to take it away from her in a moment, if you want to watch!" She laughed. "You just have to go straight ahead!"

Sailor Uranus dashed down the large, dark corridor and reached the room with the organ in it. Surely enough, Sailor Neptune was was trapped against a red panel. Uranus' eyes widened, and she ran for Neptune. She didn't notice the red panels in the wall, though. They all opened, and buried Uranus in a barrage of energy missiles, which pelted her consistently. Eudial laughed and turned off her tape deck, the source of the organ music. She told Uranus she wanted another Pure Heart Crystal, as she walked to her, gun in hand.

"What do you mean, another Pure Heart Crystal?" Uranus said.

"The one in your own heart!" Eudial replied, aiming her gun squarely at Uranus' chest. "I'm referring to the heart that stopped you from really dirtying your hands! The heart that tried to protect and save this world!"

Neptune seemed to come to on the red panel.

"Well, you know that the holder of the crystal has to have a pure heart, so it's impossible that I'm one of its holders." Uranus lied. Eudial just smirked and started to pull the trigger. Before she could shoot, Neptune broke free of her bonds and ran towards Eudial. The red panels opened, and shot Neptune repeatedly. Neptune fell to the floor, and Eudial laughed. Neptune rose to her feet, and, despite Uranus' objections, tried again. She was shot again, and fell back to the floor. Neptune tried a third time, and nothing was fired at her. The panels were out of power.

Neptune slowly came closer and closer to Eudial which startled her. She pointed her gun at Neptune. Neptune drew close to touching Eudial, and Eudial fired. Neptune's Heart Crystal shimmered and shone brightly. As it did, it changed into a mirror. On the back of the mirror was the symbol of Neptune. Uranus looked up at a stain-glass skylight.

"So now I know we both held a Pure Heart Crystal, and will die because of it." Uranus said. "Is there no more hope?"

"Hold it right there!" A voice shouted. From through the skylight shone a luminescent beam of light shone on the form who had shouted. Uranus saw a woman with transparent butterfly wings and a glowing body. It was really Serena.

Serena, in a fit of bravery, charged at Eudial, and hit her hard. Eudial teetered over the edge of a pit, and leapt onto a large object attatched to a crane. The crane was loose, and Eudial plunged into the pit.

Serena was trying to put Michele's Heart Crystal back.

"Leave it." Uranus said, looking at the floor. "We've found the Pure Heart Crystal. So let it be."

"We can't leave her like that!" Serena said.

"It's so unfair, Michele." Uranus said to herself. "Why did you have to go back to your own world?"

Suddenly, Serena's leg got hit by her transformation locket. She looked at Uranus in time to see her picking up Eudial's gun. Serena leapt at Amara, struggling to get it out of her arms. Serena promised Amara that the world could be saved without the crystals. Uranus smiled softly, saying that she almost believed that it could be true. Then suddenly, she knocked Serena to the ground.

"Sailor Moon," she said, "you'll have to find the third Pure Heart Crystal on your own."

Serena screamed in horror as Uranus turned the gun on herself and fired. Uranus' body fell dead, and her Heart Crystal shimmered. As it shone, it changed into a saber. Serena cried over the seemingly dead bodies of Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus. The other Sailor Scouts arrived and saw the sight. No one saw Trista standing in the shadows behind them.

"I must do something." Trista said to herself.
