David Kaye

David Kaye is the voice actor lending his voice to the character of Soun Tendo. Soun Tendo makes his entrance in the beginning episode of the Ranma 1/2 series, and is a character throughout. Soun is the teacher and master of the Tendo School of Anything Goes Martial Arts, but he doesn't actually work to provide for his family, and will stop at nothing to see Akane and Ranma together.

David Kaye is a very successful actor, in both voiceovers, theatre, and television. As a voice actor, he has had roles in over twenty five other cartoons and animes. Some of his recent work include Fatal Fury, Street Fighter, Key The Metal Idol, Dragon Ball Z, G.I. Joe and Transformers Beastwars, just to name a few.

David Kaye is also heard on radio stations across North America, as well as seen in various movies, theatre shows and movies.
