There are three kinde of KAMAE;.
2) CHUDAN ( middle or chest area )
3) GEDAN ( lower or area of body )
They are distinctive depending on the place of hande and feet, the distance between the fighters, and their own techniques and fighting methods.
The important thing is that KAMAE should freely be able to change into offense or defense.
The basic KAMAE is CHUDAN ( half body stance ).
