STEP 1:

Fill out the following form to add your site to the Tomosaka Rie Webring.

Your site will not be added immediately. After you submitted your join request,
then you will receive an email that contains your SITE ID (IMPORTANT!!!), and the
WEBRING HTML CODE FRAGMENT. You must add the webring html code fragment to your first
page of your webpage. You need the SITE ID to edit your page infomations on
the webring database.

After you received the email, then add the WEBRING HTML CODE FRAGMENT and the WEBRING
BANNER to your homepage, and then send an email with YOUR NAME, SITE URL, and SITE ID
to the Webring manager
([Zeroz]) to add your homepage to the webring.
