It's a Valentine's Day layout. No, really, it is! I had a totally different idea in mind to start out with, but fate intervened. On Jan. 22nd I ran into my ex-crush. Warm fluffly memories came back to me, and I was head over heels in love again. So, this layout is dedicated to that crush of mine. Very cheery, huh? The sexy eyes on the top belong to Ashton Kutcher, and were slightly modified using the Diffuse Glow filter in Photoshop 5.5. What else can I say? Happy Valentine's Day???

++Dedications++
This layout is dedicated to:
Ryan, my crush, as was mentioned above.
Ashton Kutcher, because his birthday is on Feb. 7th, and because his picture was used in the making of this layout.
All my friends who are boyfriendless at the moment.
Andrew Olson, simply because he's so gorgeous.
Philip Kirkorov, because he's such an amazing singer, and because the lyrics featured on this layout are from his song "Go".

BGM~: I Will Survive -- Gloria Gaynor

*le sigh* I went to four (count 'em -- FOUR!) art supply stores today and not one (NOT A SINGLE ONE!) had any block printing ink. Do you realize what that means, you? *shakes you* I'll have to order them online and wait several more days for them to come! Oh woe...

My mom made pizza today. It was yummylicious. She didn't put quite enough cheese on it, though. Bad, bad mom...

I was watching "Dude, Where's My Car?" on tape, and fiddling with the remote control, as always. Open the battery compartment, close the battery compartment...great fun. In this particular remote it's a sliding compartment cover. So, I discovered that it was kinda hard to open today. I looked down...*shivers* One of the lovely silver Energizer batteries was completely covered in something that looked like white mold, only it was powdery, and it crumbled all over my Pringles...Ewwwww....Needless to say, I washed my hands, like, five times, threw the poor Pringles away, and never touched the remote again. Maybe it's turning into that continuum transfunctioner thingamajigger, and the mystery of that white stuff is exceeded only by its power...Dang, I love that movie!!!

BGM~: Jama Wa Sasenai -- Okui Masami

I haven't downloaded any mp3's in almost two weeks! What's happening to me? *rushes over to AudioGalaxy and starts downloading their satellite*

BGM~: Shiawase... -- Hayashibara Megumi

Majorly lazy. Too lazy, in fact, to look up the full title of the song. Bad me.

Spring break is HEEEEERE!!!! No more sleepless nights, no more worrying over calc tests (for a little over a week, at least) -- speaking of those, I got an 92 on my last one...that physics section really screwed me up... -- no more Am. Lit. ruminations, no more floor hockey! *does a happy dance* Do you have any idea how much I hate floor hockey? I thought so.

Now, being a big fan of making lists, I shall write down my plan for spring break. Read if you're interested, and observe how boring my life is:

~ First off, finish the goddamn linoleum print for art class. Tomorrow I'm gonna go to ArtMart to buy a couple of rollers and printing ink. I have grandiose plans to make the print look nice, and it has to be done and matted by April 5th. So little time, so little time....
~ Pay a visit to Border's bookstore. Read the 6 volumes of Fushigi Yuugi that they have there. Read the 5th volume of Evangelion. Catch up on CCS. See if they still have Sorcerer Hunters. If so, read that. Oh, and the second volume of CLAMP's Clover as well.
~ Arrange my closet. See what I'm not gonna wear anymore, throw that out. Decide what I need to buy for spring (I know I need a cute flowery skirt and a pair of springy sandals).
~ Buy what I think is necessary. Raid Marshall Field's, Kohl's, and Burlington Coat Factory.
~ Update my under-updated sites. That's a must. It should be my first priority, after the print, of course.

Now let's see if I manage to do all those things in the 10 days that I have. Hmm...

BGM~: Help! -- The Beatles

Mmph. I love facial masques. Especially purple ones. They lend themselves so well to being used while I'm online. They make eating hard, though. And I've gotten accustomed to eating when I'm online. *tries to bite a Pringle without messing up her masque* Hmph. Oh well, it'll help me stick to mah diet! Woo.

I spent the whole day today making flash cards for a meager 5 points of history extra credit. Why did I even bother? I've only lost 2 points this quarter, meaning that I can afford to lose at least 20 more points before my grade goes down. Boo for being a perfectionist. Boo.
