You might consider these spoilers, though they're just short little descriptions. Either way, if you haven't read the comics you've been warned.

Issue #1:   Johnny busts through Squee's bedroom window and Squee finds him in the bathroom searching through the medicine cabinet screaming "WHERE THE FUCK IS THE BACTINE!?" Later on Johnny is visited by a man doing a survey over the recent homicides, and he meets his demise by Johnny's hand when he asks the wrong questions. Johnny visits Taco Smell. Can we say.. Mass homicide? A few friends visit Johnny, more mass homicide. Johnny gets depressed, attempts suicide, but is distracted by Nail Bunny and the commercial where the whole family gets diarrhea.

Issue #2:   Johnny kills an 'innocent' person for his blood. Devi goes on a date with a guy who dumps in his pants. People die, and Johnny wonders why he doesn't buy some earplugs. Johnny kills a stuck up girl. Devi goes on a date with Johnny, Devi kicks Johnny's ass. Johnny doesn't get his Brain Freezy and attempts suicide again, but runs out of bullets.

Issue #3:   Mass slaughter at the Cafe le Prick. Johnny helps out Squee and kills a child molester. Johnny goes to see a movie and is rudely interupted. Once more suicide is attempted, this time with a stun gun, and once more fails, convincing Johnny that he cannot die. It's a great fuckin' week.

Issue #4: Johnny has a long, very deep conversation with Nail Bunny over his life. Deep below his house, Johnny is involved in yet another conversation with Tess, who is miraculously still alive, kills Mr. Samsa the Bug again, and gives Dillon a little shock therapy. Johnny accidently kills himself. (It's so sad!)

Issue #5: Poor Johnny is still dead, and Krik pops up out of the floor and attempts to help Tess and Dillon escape. Unfortunatly the thing behind the wall busts out and rips Dillon apart. Tess and Krik flee for their lives, and find Johnny laying on the floor with a hole in his head. Krik gets severed in half, and Tess makes it to the front door only to discover the house is floating in space, or something like that.

Issue #6: Johnny goes to heaven and discovers the amazing power of Head-Explody. The nun gets pissed and everyone's head explodes. Jhonen Vasquez makes an appearance in the 'Meanwhile', battles Satan and aliens, and wonders when life will start to get interesting. Johnny goes to hell and meets Mr. Satan, and discovers that people in hell are just as shallow as people on earth. Johnny is given life once again, but doesn't get to keep his kick ass trench coat he got in hell, or his hair.

Issue #7: Johnny meets his admirer, 'MMY'. MMY gets 'fucked with steel' and Johnny doesn't like himself much. Devi gets a recorded call from Johnny, in which he attempts to apologise for trying to kill her, she gets pissed and screams at him before hanging up on him, and Johnny decides it could have gone better. Another in-depth conversation, this time with Burger-Boy. Johnny says goodbye to Squee and tells him he's leaving for a while.
