Dormitory building consists of 90 single rooms, 10 twins rooms, PC room, medical room, lobby (Front Desk B), laundry room, video and CD rental room. Hot water for drinking, ice cube maker, washing machines, dryers, iron boards, and irons are all here, free of charge. The only thing you have to buy is the laundry detergent or softener if you prefer. But most participants only know 2 main buttons on the washing machines and dryers since all are printed in Japanese!

Welfare building houses dining hall, Japanese room, audio room, recreation room, shop and machine room.

Office and Training Building is where MD's office, admin. office, reception room, training coordinator's room, orientation room, lobby (Front Desk A), seminar rooms, library, studio, recording room, instructor's room, mainframe room and terminal rooms are.

Apart from these building, other facilities provided are swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court and soccer ground.

Most participants are given a single room complete with attached bathroom. Although not big, it comes with a study table, an internal communication telephone, a wardrobe, a book rack, a TV set and stand, an air-condition, a single bed with an electronic alarm clock, and personal p.a. system speaker. During weekdays, a cleaner would come in and arrange the bed, clean up the whole room and empty the wastebasket. Only bedsheet and blanket are provided and these are only change once a week. Personal things like towels and toiletries are not provided.
