This fan club is dedicated to the Senshi I believe to be the most powerful: Sailor Cosmos. And why wouldn't she be? She is the last incarnation of Sailormoon and Sailormoon is the most powerful Senshi. N-E-Way.

A newsletter will come out and some point in the near future with Sailor Cosmos fanfics, fanart, more. I can't tell you how often it will be, because it will only come out when I have things to put in it. So the more stuff you guys submit, there more often it will come out. (I guess that would be directly proportional if this were a math or science class.)
