Book 1

 Kanon, who grown up in Mongolia is a talented violinist. Since young, she does not know who her father is (her mother told her that her father had died!). Till on her deathbed, Kanon's mother, then told Kanon that her father is a musician. In search of her father, she decided to go Japan with the young musician, who came to Mongolia in seach of musical insitutions, to become a musician.

Book 2

 But the young musician went to America and left Kanon in the care of Gen Mikami (a very young and famous conductor). But Kanon had recieved special attention from Gen. After her spectacular performace of "Carmen", she became his favourite disciple. Thus, causing much jealousy between Kanon and her other schoolmates. How can this lonely girl contiune her search for her father?

Book 3

 Kanon met the first person who could be her father. But when she called him "Father", he became dissorted and ran away in fright. This made Kanon thinking that she was born under circumstances. Actually, he wasn't the father Kanon was looking for. For he was the twin brother of that person. Because he thought that Kanon had exposed the secret that he had imitated his brother, he decided to kidnap Kanon!!! Luckily Gen went to her rescue.

Book 4

 Kanon was so eagerly in search of her father that she did not detect the hardheartedness of this famous pianist. Subsisquently, Kanon and Gen fell into the trap he set. Actually, he was Gen's piano teacher when he was young. Because the young Gen had rejected him years ago, he decided to take revenge. When Kanon saved Gen from his evil clutches, she found out that she is falling in love with Gen slowly.

Book 5

 When the newly wedded Gen went back to the music school, he brought along a surprise for Kanon. A world reknown conductor. Half believing that she was his daughter, both of them finally meet. When happiness descends upon them, death is a step closer. By then. Gen found out that Kanon was actually the daughter of the photographer whom he had an affair with when he was 14!

Book 6 (Final)

 After Kanon 'father's death, she and Gen became an item. As the both of them became deeply in love, they return to Japan. Just then that young musican found out from the late conductor's will that he isn't Kanon's father! Her father is one who has "Centaurus" the violin!
