Chapter 5 : Truth?

"Ring... ... Ring... ..." Rukawa picked up the phone. "Hello? This is Rukawa's residence, who are you looking for?" Rukawa asked, [seemed a bit weird for Rukawa to speak so much]

" Rukawa-kun, er... ... Sakuragi here," the voice over the phone said, " I wanted to tell you something... ... "

It was raining veryheavily in the afternoon then [sudden change of weather], but Rukawa, wearing only his jersey and a pair of sports pants, was rushing towards Sendoh's house.

"Oh god, why must it rain at this time?" Rukawa wondered as he took a shortcut through the park. Then he saw someone at the court playing basketball. The guy stopped and looked at him.

" RUKAWA KAEDE!" he shouted, and then threw the ball to him.

" You are... ....?" Rukawa paused as he walked nearer to the court, catching the bal at the same time.

" I will tell you after this match... ... " and he tried to snatch the ball from Rukawa, but Rukawa managed to prevent the ball from being snatched away and then the match started... ...

"Ding dong"

"Coming." Sendoh shouted, he was eating instant noodles, but he quickly put it down and opened the door.

" Oh... it's you... ... Rukawa, why are you here?" Sendoh asked, shocked (with his mouth opened wide)as Rukawa was drenched from head to toe.

"Piah!" a hard slap landed on Sendoh's left face. " Ru.. ...what's that for?" Sendoh asked, touching his face.

But Rukawa had walked away, into the rain that had not stopped since the early afternoon.
