Neptune's name is Kioh Michiru, her North American name is Michelle. Neptune has groovy aqua-marine hair. This is also her color.

Michiru's attacks include Deep submerge and Submarine refelction. She has the deep aqua mirror, which contains one of the three talisman. She is an extremely talented violinist.

Michiru is often seen with Uranus. They think, act, and spend all their time together. Many times they separate from the rest of the group and go off on their own-but with good reason.
