* Believe it or not, not all these are based on...anything. BUT, I'm sure you are sick of seeing the exact same thing on profiles, so I thought I'd give this one a little SPLASH!

Sailor Venus is one of the crew of Pretty Suited Sailor Fighters in the anime, Sailor Moon. She is the BESTEST Sailor yet due to her flair, ditziness, devotion, and just plain pizzazz!

Venus is the senshi of love. HER attacks include the ever dazziling VENUS LOVE CHAIN ENCIRCLE, VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH, VENUS METEOR SHOWER, and VENUS LOVE AND BEAUTY SHOCK. Another LONG list of assorted attacks could be added IF I decided to include her wonderous specialties as the one and only Sailor V.

Sailor Venus is a unique sailor due to her fascinating origin. You see, Sailor Venus (depending on your source) was the famous Sailor V, another WAY spiffy doodle manga which Sailor Moon was based off of. This GREATLY explains the disturbing similarties between Serena and Mina. Sailor V was discovered by Artimis (of central control). When Artimis decides the time is right, he tells her about the rest of the Sailors. Sailor V turns into Sailor Venus in a dramatic scene where she removes her FAR-OUT glasses (I absolutely LOVE these glasses, I want some, but nooooo....).

Venus is often classified as having a obvious ditzy appearance. Yes, it is true that from time to time I tend to mock her for her apparent lack of brain power, but I don't believe this is actually her fault and it does give her personality! I believe her ditzy ways were caused by a mental disorder resulting from being the last of the inner senshi to appear on Sailor Moon when technically she was the FIRST! If Sailor Moon was based on Sailor Venus' character, why shouldn't Mina get the glory? AND what exactly does a measily moon have that the planet of Venus doesn't? Anyways, I also believe some of her ditziness is a direct result of being around Sailor Moon too LONG! I think ditziness can rub off, don't you?
