MY FAVOURITE FANFIC MOMENT: My favourite moment is when Amber is in the Moon Kingdom and constantly complains about looking like a canary in a yellow dress..

Tell me a little about yourself.

Let's see. I, despite the stigma of adults loving Sailor Moon, am a huge, obsessed Sailor Moon fan. But you knew that. I'm married to a guy who puts up with my Sailor Moon obsession and loves Robotech and Ranma. As of today I work full time in a call center. Hmm, I'm hoping to go back to school to continue my history degree this summer. That's my second obsession. I have two Sailor Moon obsessed sisters, Michelle and Catherine. I know have two nieces, a nephew and two gods sons. (My niece is a mini Sailor Moon addict. My Mom says its all my fault. Hee hee!) I like to write fanfics, and also to crochet. That's my grandmother's legacy in me. My firm belief is that everything goes full circle and this is reflected in my writing. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I LOVE to talk and I'm hard to get off the phone. I also have been know to send large emails... I love to meet new people and ADORE getting emails!

How did you come to love Sailor Moon?

One day, early in the morning, I was flipping through channels and saw the episode where Serena and Lita where mourning the fact that Andrew has a girlfriend and I thought "Gee, what a stupid show, look at them!" So I continued to flip through the channels. About two weeks later, I saw the episode Crystal Clear Destiny. I enjoyed the episode, especially the transformation sequences. Then, I heard the song My Only Love and started to sniffle. When the episode ended as I just found out Serena is the Moon Princess, I cried "What happens next??" From then on, I was hooked!

Why did you start to write fanfiction?

Well, I used to write when I was a teenager, but this was an embarassing failure. When I was in grade eight, I wrote a two hundred page fantasy story.It was basically a mix of all the reading I did. Throughout high school, I wrote this one page story, over and over again about this man who thinks he woke up from suspended animation after hundreds of years. About two summers ago, I started reading Greywolf's series Guardians of the Star and Chris Davies series Serena and Luna: The New Adventures of Sailor Moon. I loved these stories and they still remain two of my favourites. I began to wonder if I too could write. With the encouragement of my friends, Nancy, Julie and Kathleen, my sisters and Ralph I finally wrote for the first time in years. I wrote Eden. That started it all!

Who is your favourite Sailor Scout and why?

Well, I love two equally. I love Sailor Jupiter because she is a very strong and passionate fighter. She became my favourite mostly because she has always accepted Serena just the way she is and has never asked her to change. I also love Sailor Pluto. She is the most mysterious of the Sailor Scouts and controls time. I love time travel and adore how she is in control. Plus, she is the oldest of the Sailor Scouts and I think this was an attraction to me since I am the eldest of my siblings.

What's your favourite season of Sailor Moon and why?

That's a hard question. I think it has to be Sailor Moon S. Sailor Moon's Moon Spiral Heart Attack is the best! I also love the interaction of the inner scouts and the outer scouts! Even though its not a season, my absolute favourite Sailor Moon to watch is the Sailor Moon R movie, I could watch it over and over again!
