Chapter 3
Secrets revealed
Part 1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Around midnight, they woke up at a battle sound. "What's happening?" yelled Yusuke.
"We're under attack!!!" shouted back Kuwabara. The two boys quickly get up of their bed and opened the door. They found themselves face-to-face with a demoniac beast, full of fangs and claws. "ARRGH!!! TAKE THAT UGLY!!!" yelled Yusuke, shouting a Rei Gun. The beast quickly vanished into smoke but, to Yusuke and Kuwabara's surprise, an army of Makai spiders took its place. "ERK!! What's that?!!" shouted Kuwabara, as he slashed through a fist-size spider. The boys fight the best they could, but soon, the size of the bugs' crowd overpowered them. "We won't hold it for long!" said Kuwabara.
"We have to!" replied Yusuke.
"We'll have to jump!" yelled Wizard to her friend. Both girls were back-to-back, surrounded by three beasts. As Phoenix said nothing, Wizard continued; "You know that you cannot kill them! You know what will happen!"
"I got a bad feeling about outside!" yelled her friend in answer. Wizard didn't reply; Phoenix's sixth sense that the Lagan gave her was nearly as powerful as her own. And very useful in battle but this time, they'll have to pass over it. They didn't have the choice. Then Wizard caught a furtive movement from the door. Keeping an eye on the beasts, she took a better look at it: an army of spiders was coming straight on them! "Damned shit!" Wizard cursed under her breath. The beast took advantage of her instant of inattention and jumped on her. Phoenix reacted quickly and pushed her friend out of the way. Then, she cried out as the beast's claw passed through her shoulder. Wizard grabbed her by the waist and they tipped up into another gateway.
Yusuke, Kuwabara and Kurama run toward the girls' room as soon as they heard the shout. Kurama's soporific plants taking care of the spiders. They arrived at the very instant when the girls fell into a gateway. "Where are they?" shouted Yusuke.
"On the roof! Quick!!" yelled Kuwabara as he sensed Hiei's and the girls' energies. Kurama nodded sharply and quickly created gigantic leaves that carried them on the roof. He too had sensed an incredible ki that didn't come from the girls or his little friend.
When they arrived, a woman with dark green hair, twisted into a high knot, was standing between Phoenix and Wizard, both of them in full Amazon's outfit. Hiei was in front of her, creating a half-circle around the woman. "Arachnia! Prepare yourself to die!" said Wizard, a curious chain wrapped around her right arm and hand. The woman only threw her head backyard and laughed: "Come on! Show me what you got!" she laughed. Wizard looked at Phoenix. This one didn't move, her left arm seemed to be paralysed. Hiei was no where in her eyesight. It only took her a few seconds to noticed all of that, before she shouted: "STAR CHAIN, STRIKES!" At those words, the chain, which surrounded her fist, started turning quicker around it. Then, Celest straighted up her arm to the sky and threw the chain, as a whip, to her enemy, shouting: "RAIN OF THE FALLING STARS!!!" And the chain became light and thousand of rays of light felt from it. A minute before the chain touch her enemy, the woman's appearance turned from Arachnia's form to the one of a small woman with long pink hair and light blue eyes. "Princess!!!" she shouted, before the chain cut her in two. "Ceillia!!!! NO!!!!" Celest shouted as the chain passed through her friend's body. The girl burst into tears and everyone heard as demoniac laugh before the real Arachnia disappeared.
Phoenix quickly knelt besides Celest's shaking body and hugged her. "I killed her. I killed Ceillia." sobbed repetitively Wizard. Sorchania only gently stroke her hair, saying: "It going to be all right... Don't worry... Everything will be okay... " and so on. Then, Sorcha whistled a light note and her friend fell asleep. The little youkai looked up as the guys approached. "Kurama, can you lie her down in one of the bedroom still intact?" The red-haired boy nodded and lifts up Celest in his arms. "I will find something to make her sleep without any nightmares." Sorcha's eyes softened a bit. Then, as Kurama left, she stood up, looked at the dead body and quickly burn it. Then, she turned towards the guys; "I will take care of the spiders left. Take care of the rest." And disappeared before they had time to say anything. Kuwabara and Yusuke looked at the empty space then at each other. "Better start now." said Yusuke. His tall friend nodded and started getting back inside the temple, helped by Kurama's plants. Yusuke turned toward Hiei; "Coming?" he asked.
"She will need help." Hiei answered and quickly disappeared too. Yusuke went back to the plants. 'What a night!' he thought as he entered the temple by the girls' window.
A half-hour later, the temple was nearly clean. "I still wonder how they did that." said Kuwabara, pointing at the remains of a burned spider. Yusuke shrugged, then as he saw Kurama; "How is she?" he asked.
"Still asleep. She needs to rest." his friend answered.
"Do you understand what's happen over there?" Yusuke asked. Kurama shook his head; "No, but I'm sure they'll explain it when they'll be ready." Yusuke nodded and came back to the cleaning.
Hiei found who he was looking for in the forest near of Genkai's temple. Sorchania was leaning against a tree, back into her ningen’s outfit and seemed to talk to herself. Quickly, he jumped on a branch above her. She didn't seem to notice, since she was concentrate on the conversation with 'Her dagger?!' he thought. Hiei leaned a little forward on his branch. Sorcha's dagger was floating in front of her. Hiei guessed that it must be guided by a spell of telekinesis. The dagger's hilt had been sculpted into a demon's head. 'A Vampire dagger?!' he asked himself.
"What do you mean by: the Jagan can block the Lagan and vice versa?!" she said.
'Lagan?' Hiei leaned a little forward again; it started to become interesting. "So you mean that I cannot use it when he is around?!" she asked. Then, she seemed to listen the answer. " Communicate with him!!! IMPOSSIBLE! Man's brains are like Christmas' ornaments; they pretty to look at, but totally useless!" Hiei grounded his teeth together; 'Burn her or not burn her; so is the question.'
"OH SHUT UP!!! I'M PERFECTLY FINE!!!" Sorcha shouted to the dagger. She stood up and rolled up the left sleeve of the long T-shirt she used as a night-dress. Then, she removed her silver mask and handed it to the floating dagger. "There, make yourself useful." The dagger took the mask in its teeth and floated behind the girl, using the mask as a mirror. Sorcha looked over her shoulder. "Nasty." she said, making a face, when she saw the wound's reflection. Hiei took a look of the injury from where he stood. It was nasty indeed. A long deep cut, from Sorcha's left elbow to her shoulder. From the funny colour it had, he knew that the wound was infected. 'Better bring her to Kurama.' he thought. The dagger seemed to have the same idea. But Sorchania... "NO WAY!!! I won't disturb Celest just for a little cut! She's already drained and need to rest!"
*Stubborn!* Sorchania heard mentally. Quickly, she turned towards the source but she only had the time to see a black wind before she faint, knocked out by a powerful mental energy. Hiei stood in front of the unconscious body. Then, as he stepped toward it, the dagger placed itself into a defence position, over its owner's body. "Did you have a better idea?" he asked to the dagger, annoyed. The dagger stopped showing her fangs, then looked thoughtful for an instant. Finally, the little face become lifeless and it came back at its place, on Sorcha's belt.
Satisfied, Hiei nodded and lifted up Sorchania in his arms, before disappearing in the temple's direction.
At the same time Hiei was listening the conversation between Sorcha and her dagger, Yusuke and Kuwabara finished cleaning the temple, while Kurama and Master Genkai were taking care of a sleeping Wizard. "Do you think she is alright?" asked Urameshi as he placed his broom in the closet.
"I think so. But she had been "punched" by a powerful blast of energy when the other girl's form changed." his friend answered. Yusuke looked at the tall boy beside him, Kuwabara was really quiet and seemed worried about the unconscious girl. "Wanna go see her?" he asked. His friend shrugged. "Come on." said Yusuke, placing a hand on Kuwabara's shoulder, "Phoenix won't kill you if you only take news of her friend." The tall boy nodded.
When they entered the girls' bedroom, they saw Kurama and Genkai placed on both sides of Wizard's sleeping body. "How is she?" Kuwabara asked as he stepped a little nearer of the bed. "Phoenix had caste a powerful spell. I can't waking her." said Kurama.
"She doesn't seem to have any physical injuries, but all of her mind is blocked." answered Genkai, removing the hand she had placed on Wizard's forehead. At the same moment, the window opened and Hiei stepped into the room, carrying an unconscious Phoenix. "She's injured." he only said as he placed her on the bed beside Wizard's one. "What happened?" Kurama asked. Hiei shrugged, "She must have been hurt during the attack." he said. "You haven't done anything to her, have you?" Kuwabara asked. Hiei only answered by a flat look and said nothing. "You didn't have to hit her that hard you know, she was already weak." said Genkai with a reproachful look.
"She was annoying me." said Hiei as an answer.
"YOU LITTLE ..." shouted a furious Kuwabara, gabbing Hiei's collar.
"Guys, I think that you are going to be a lot more useful outside than here." said Kurama. At those words, Hiei quickly turned himself into a black wind and disappeared. Then, Yusuke grabbed a stoned Kuwabara by the arm and directed him towards the door. "Come on. You will kill him later." he said. As soon as they were outside, the two boys went to their bedroom to catch back the sleep they needed.

Part 2

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Somewhere in the Makai, "Hey! Mokaram! Are you okay?" Damia asked. The tall girl didn't reply, she was in a deep trance. 'I wonder what's happening.' Damia thought.
"Damia!" shouted a male voice behind her. The dark blue-haired girl turned toward the spiky red-haired youkai who was coming straight at her. "Htaed? Is there a problem?" she asked. Htaed shook his head, his long red ponytail flying on his back. "Sorcha told me that you needed some practice." he said.
Damia winced; "She and her big mouth!" she grumbled. Htaed only smiled at her. "Come on. The quicker you'll learn it, the quicker you'll have done with it." he only said. Then, he turned back, toward the practice's ground, expecting Damia to follow him. Which she did.
As soon as she arrived on it, Htaed had already drew out his sword and removed the cloak that kept his face hidden; he was ready to fight. Medusa sighed. Htaed was Sorcha's mentor and well know throughout the village and the Makai for his hard lessons. Still, the four Amazons knew that he could be kind. Damia place herself into a fighting position and unlashed the ribbons around her wrists and arms. The practice begun.
A half-hour later, Mokaram went out of her trance and directed her steps towards Htaed and Damia. The blue-haired girl had finally learned how to block the "High Wind" movement. Right now, the mentor was teaching her the "Snake Dance" using fire whips to match Damia's ribbons. Demon sat down cross-legged on the ground, waiting for the practice to finish. She quickly turned her head towards another Fire Youkai when she sensed his incredible youki behind her. Reih, Celest's mentor and Sorchania's uncle. He wasn't a pure Fire Youkai. Like his sister, he had been baptised by fire, but he was nearer of the Mystics than Morgan had been. Still, he was a really bad-tempered youkai and everyone who was sane and who knew him, knew better than to upset him.
'Except for Sorcha, of course.' she thought.
"So, what are the news?" Reih asked.
"They've been attacked by Arachnia and her beasts." she said.
"Are they alright?"
"Think so. Celest had been knocked out by a powerful energy. I don't know how Arachnia had managed this attack. And Sorchania had been "scratched" by one of the beasts while she was protecting the princess." Reih started cursing "under his breath". (Meaning: be heard all around the practice's ground.) Demon smiled. Celest often said that if Reih never knew how to swear who knew what would happen. By the time the Fire Youkai had finished his personal dictionary of insults, the practice was over. "So, what happened?" Damia asked. And Mokaram told her what she just told Reih. "There is something I just quit not understand." Damia said, turning towards Reih, "You said that Arachnia wouldn't dare attack without a good reason, right?" He nodded. "So that would mean that..." started Mokaram.
"The war starts again." Htaed finished.
At Genkai's temple, Hiei was sitting near of the window and was watching the two sleeping girls. It was his turn. Celest was resting peacefully, a calm expression on her face. Sorcha's shoulder had been healed. Kurama had made sure that no poison was running in her veins, but Sorchania, like Celest, was exhausted. Curiously, no one had removed the little Amazon's mask. 'I wonder why.' Hiei sighed. Celest's face didn't show anything of what she was dreaming of. She was like in a sort of trance. For Sorcha, her mask was hiding most of her face. Suddenly, he felt, again, a burn on his forehead. Quickly, he looked at the Amazon. His eyes widened as he noticed that her third eye was open, and it was probably communicating with his.
The idea proved by itself to be true when he heard the girl's thoughts; 'Celest? Where are you?' Rapidly, Hiei removed his bandanna from his forehead and opened his Jagan. At the very instant he did it, the burning stopped. A link had been established between the Lagan and the Jagan. Swiftly, he closed his eyes and started looking for the Amazon, through the Dream World, where they were.
Hiei opened his eyes. He was standing in the middle of a courtyard. He rapidly jumped on one of the branch of the tree beside him. Soon after, he saw Sorchania passing under an arched stone door and decided to follow her.
Celest and Mokaram were waiting for their friend, sitting under a gigantic Makai leaf tree. They stood up as the familiar little shape of the Amazon appeared in the doorframe. As she quickly walked toward them, Sorcha made a swift gesture with her fingers. /Hiei is following./ The two other looked at each other. /How does he know?/ Mokaram's fingers asked. Celest shrugged. /Mystram wants the skin of the Urameshi team for some reason./ said the fingers of Sorcha.
/Do you think they can be trusted?/ Mokaram asked. Celest and Sorchania looked at each other, than nodded. Demon sighed; "It's your decision, Princess." she said.
Hiei sat down on a branch over the group at the very moment when Mokaram finished talking. 'I'm lucky, the conversation is starting now.' And he installed himself more comfortably on his branch and waited for the following.
"So, what have you found?" Celest asked.
"Mystram and Kaim might be preparing themselves for the war." answered Mokaram. The brown-haired girl sighed; she abhorred totally the single idea of a new war falling on her shoulders. A comforting hand gently squeezed hers. Celest opened her eyes and looked at her black-haired friend beside her. "Keep holding on for few time." the big green eyes seemed to say. "It won't be long 'til the end, I promise." Celest smiled briefly and squeezed Sorcha's as answer. Satisfied, the warrior let go of her friend's hand and turned toward the Mage. "A revenge?" Mokaram shook her head; "I don't think so. I think they're on for a new conquer."
"The Ningenkai." said Celest. The girls looked thoughtful for a moment. "It seems possible. First they attacked and destroyed the Mystic Realm, so we won't be helping the Ningens. Then, they want to take care of the Reikai detectives' bunch so the Ningenkai will be free to conquer." said Demon. "There is another thing you need to know." said Phoenix. "Urameshi is the killer of Suzaku." finished Wizard. Mokaram's eyebrows rose in surprise. "Are you trying to tell me that the Rei Gun boy is responsible for the death of Mystram's lover?!!" she asked, shocked.
"We don't try, we are telling you." only answered the warrior, flatly. Demon gave the Look but Sorchania didn't answer the provocation. She looked preoccupied by something. "Anyway, we'll have to tell them the truth." Mokaram said, looking at Celest.
This one moaned; "Why is it always me who have to tell everything?"
"Because you are simply the best for it." Sorchania answered. Celest started mumbling for a few minutes. Then, when she looked at her friends who both have the knowing look that She-Wouldn't-Refuse-Because-She-Didn't-Have-The-Choice, she said; "Alright! Alright!!! I will do it! There is no need to look at me like that!" Both Demon and Phoenix opened wide innocent big eyes. "And don't try to look innocent either! Just freed me from your spell and I will do it!" Her mask hiding her smile, Phoenix whistled a deep note and did what Celest so "courteously" asked. "So I understand that everything had been told." said Mokaram. The others nodded. "Then, I will go back to the village and we will meet again in two days, if nothing bad happen." And she disappeared. Celest walked in the direction of the stone arc. When she was under it, she turned toward her friend, who was still at the same place. "Are you coming?" she asked. Sorchania shook her head, "I'll follow." Celest shrugged. As she started continuing her way, she heard; "Celest!" and turned again toward her friend. Sorchania had removed her silver mask. "What?" the brown-haired girl asked.
"I love you!" answered her friend with the worst cheeky smile she was able to make.
"ARRGGHH!!! SHUT UP!!!" yelled Celest, trying to hide the smile on her lips. Then, she disappeared. Satisfied, Sorchania nodded sharply and quickly lift up her head.
Hiei's eyes grew wide as he understood that he had been discovered. Sorcha smiled and turned into a black wind, before reappearing beside him. As if there was nothing wrong, she casually sat down on the branch and said; "So, NOW are you satisfied?"
"You knew I was here." he said, accusingly, a dangerous light in his eyes. The Amazon didn't seem or didn't want to notice it, because she answered lightly; "Of course! Because of this." she tapped lightly on his Jagan, "It's like a big big big poster saying: ' I'm over here! Please come and get me! '."
Then, she chuckled as a funny thought passed in her mind. "But if it's that you want... " she said turning toward him, "You will have it." His eyes grew wider, but he didn't move. He couldn't. "You're just so cute, you know?" she smiled, before taking his chin in her hand and quickly kissing him. Then, she jumped down of the branch and disappeared. It happened so quickly, that Hiei wondered if he hadn't dream of it. But, the warm feeling on his lips told him that he was wrong.
Cursing, he closed his eyes and disappeared too.
When he opened his eyes, the Amazon's bed was empty. Her mask had been left on the bedside table. Celest, if that was her name, was still in her bed, looking a lot more relax than when he'd left for the Dream World. Somewhere in the temple, the water was running. Hiei wondered how long he'd been asleep. Time in the Dream World was a lot more different than in the human one. He looked outside; the night was coming to its end. Checking rapidly on the sleeping girl, he opened the window and disappeared outside. Fresh air will do him some good.
Kurama opened his eyes when someone turned off the water. The temple felt into silence for a few minutes. He got up when someone unlocked the bathroom door. He opened his bedroom one and scanned the hall from his doorstep. A minute later, Phoenix went out of the bathroom carrying something in her arms. She took her room's direction. The red-haired boy followed her.
As soon as she entered the room, the young girl swiftly looked at her best friend, who was still asleep. 'What a lazy bone!' Sorcha rolled her eyes to the ceiling, smiling. Then, she quickly folded up her night-dress and made her bed. As she was about to pick up her mask, a deep soft voice interrupted her movement; "Up so soon?" Phoenix gazed at the doorway. Kurama was standing on the doorstep. The girl smiled softly; "Stomach need to be full up" And, she hanged her mask to her belt and left up her gaze to him. As Kurama stared at her, he noticed that she was really pretty. 'Not as beautiful as Wizard, but still...' His mind started to register that the girl was saying something. "Excuse-me?"
"Do you think you can stay and check up on her? Spiky seems to have run away somewhere." she smiled.
"Spiky?" Kurama was totally lost. "The little three-eyed boy, with the great body and a bad temper." she said. The young man managed to hide his smile. "Sure, don't you be worried about her." he said. Phoenix's gaze was troubled. But, the expression disappeared so quickly that Kurama wondered if he had imagined it. "Want me to bring you something?" The boy shook his head and looked down at Star Wizard. When he looked up, Phoenix had disappeared.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"She survived your attack, Arachnia!" stormed Angel. The kneeling woman left up her head in surprise. "How could she?!" she dared ask. The Dark Angel stared at her, hard. Scared, Arachnia jerked her head back between her shoulders. Kaim gazed at the two women. He too was surprised that the girl had survived Lady Arachnia's most powerful attack. Unless... "Unless she is the Princess." he said out loud. Mystram turned her gaze towards him, "What did you say?" she asked.
"I said that it was impossible for the girl to resist this kind of attack unless, the girl is the Princess of the Mystic." Angel seemed thoughtful for some moments. Then, "It might possible. Arachnia says that there was an Amazon with the Star girl. Didn't you?" she asked turning toward the woman on the floor. Arachnia nodded; "Yes... Yes, Great Mistress." she choked out.
"It would've been Sorchania, then." said Kaim. Angel didn't reply. Kaim looked at her, questioningly. Both Youkai had forgot the kneeling woman. "Got an idea?" Kaim asked. His sister smiled evilly; "If we can capture the Princess, we might be able to use her and the Power." she said. The Vampire smiled in answer; "Let them come to us. It will be more easy to catch her when her allies will be destroy."
"Pain and Acid will be overjoyed to take care of the Snake and the Crow." said Arachnia from the floor. Mystram looked at her; "You dare speak!!" And threw an energy ball at the lady. This one cried out in pain. "She still can be useful." said Kaim.
"I will teach her not to fail me again!" answered Mystram. A few minutes of pain later, Arachnia was panting heavily on the ground, covered with blood, bruises and tears. When Mystram had calm down, Kaim told her about the plan he just had thought. Both brother and sister burst out laughing, in a laugh that had nothing to envy to the Devil himself.
Celest woke up as someone gently shook her shoulder. She opened her eyes to find herself staring in two deep green eyes. "Sorcha! A few more minutes, please..." she groaned, hiding her head under the pillow.
"I would like to, but it's already half past nine, and I think you got a lot of things to explain." said a gentle male voice, lifting the girl's pillow. Celest winced and tried to hide her eyes from the sun's light. Then, she looked at Kurama; "You know Sorcha, I don't think that turning yourself into a transsexual is a good idea for hiding from the Vampire."
Kurama smiled; "Good morning to you too." he said. Celest blushed. "Oops... Sorry... Thought you were someone else..." The boy laughed.
"It's alright." Then, he looked at her, seriously: "You're going to explain everything, are you?" Celest sighed and nodded; "Give me just enough time to dress up and find Phoenix. Where is she anyway?"
"In the kitchen." Kurama answered. The girl rolled her eyes to the ceiling; "Why am I not surprise?" The boy smiled and looked at her; "See you downstairs?"
"OK." sighed Celest. Satisfied, Kurama left the room.
When she arrived downstairs, she found Sorchania half-lying, half-sitting on the sofa, reading a book. Hiei was the other side of the room, leaning against the wall, glaring unhappily at the Amazon. Kurama was chatting with Yusuke, Kuwabara, Botan and Koenma in the centre of the living room. Master Genkai was nowhere to be seen. 'What happened this time?' Celest thought as she looked at Hiei. She sat down beside her friend. * Hello Sleeping Beauty! Did you enjoy the Prince Charming? * Phoenix asked.
* Your turn, next time. *
* Can I choose the Prince? *
* Did you let me choose? * Celest asked.
* Why? You would have preferred the orange-haired Godzilla? Sorry... I will know better next time... * Phoenix answered.
* DON'T YOU DARE!! Who would choose anyway? *
* I'm sure Spiky over there will do just fine. * Sorchania said innocently. Hiei glared at her. He'd been following the mental exchange since the beginning. * You will never have a boyfriend that way. * observed Celest.
* I don't need a boyfriend! Beside, I'm having way too much fun already! * Celest looked at Sorcha's victim. Hiei was glaring at her friend with his best You-Gonna-Die-Soon-And-You-Will-Suffer look and flames started roaring from his right clenched fist. At this instant, Sorchania looked up from her book and stared at him. As he met her emerald gaze, he remembered what she'd said in the Dream World; "You just so cute, you know?" Curiously, this thought calmed him. As he noticed that she still was staring at him, Hiei blushed and turned his gaze away.
Kurama looked at his best friend when he sensed his youki flaming. He also noticed Hiei's blush and his ki's diminution. Kurama looked at Celest for an answer. "Don't ask me!" she mouthed at him. Then, the dark brown-haired girl looked at Koenma. "So, Wizard, I believe that you got some information to tell us." said Yusuke, obviously enjoying his role of leader. Wizard took a deep breath and started her story.
"My real name is Celest. I am... I am the last princess of the White Silvery Realm." Everyone, except Phoenix and Hiei, stared at her with plate-size eyes. Celest had a little smile. "Now, I think they will understand why we didn't gave our real names!" muttered Sorcha. Celest didn't take notice of the interruption and continued; "200 years ago, the Vampire and the Dark Angel attacked our kingdom and stole it. A few of us managed to escape and hid in the Amazon's village." "So that why Demon had to go back." said Kurama. Celest nodded; "Yes. Mokaram is the Great Mage of the White Silvery Realm." Koenma, bubble-eyed, looked at Sorchania who was still reading. "Then, you must be..." Sorcha looked up at the Rekai's prince and her hand shoot up to shake his, "Sorchania, Celest's personal bodyguard. Forget the big title." she said, shaking Koenma's hand. Kuwabara stared at Celest, uneasily; "Then, you must be pretty old..." The girl smiled gently at him; "Not really... A little less than a century."
"Then, how?" Yusuke asked.
"We've been put asleep for quite a bit. Like this, our enemy had less chances to found us." Sorcha answered. The room felt silent. The YYH team stared at the two girls. Koenma seemed totally shocked by what Celest said. He was fixing her, without moving, like if he'd been turned into statue. Embarrassed by the staring glare, Celest looked down at her crossed hands, while Botan shook a hand in front of Koenma's eyes. "He's in shock!" she said. Sorchania looked at Koenma, then at her friend, then back at her book; "Told you pea-size brains couldn't take that kind of information! Now, we lost them for a good half-hour!" she said, shacking her head in disgust.
"Shut up!" said Hiei, from across the room.
"Wow! He's still alive!! It is a MIRACLE!!!" said Sorcha, sarcastically.
"I said: SHUT UP!!!" shouted Hiei, starting losing his temper.
"Why should I? If you think you can boss me around, Spiky, you made the stupidest mistake of your life." she said, also trying to contain her temper.
"STOP CALLING SPIKY!!!" the half-Koorime shouted.
"I WILL CALL YOU WHATEVER I WANT, SPIKY!!" she shouted.
Both Youkai had forgot they had an audience. "You will pay for this!" said Hiei, with a sinister voice, flames surrounding his right arm. His Jagan was open. "YOU THINK YOU CAN SCARE ME?!" shouted Sorcha, getting up from the sofa. Her Lagan was also open and flames were roaring around her shoulders.
"Enough!" roared Celest, waving air to suspend the two Youkai. At the same moment, two girls entered the living room and Hiei and Sorchania received the biggest 'splash' of water they ever had. From where she was suspended, the little Amazon threw a very dirty look at Damia, who curiously looked very pleased with herself. "Thought you were at the village." Sorcha said.
"We were." answered the dark-blue haired girl.
"Is there a problem?" Celest asked, worried.
"Acid and Pain had attacked the village. Don't need to tell you that Reih and Htaed were overjoyed!" said Mokaram.
"We have to get going!" said Celest.
"We’re coming with you!" pronounced in the same time Yusuke, Kurama and Kuwabara. Celest looked at them. "I forgot about them." she said, a little **Sweatdrop** over her head.
**Face-fault** on everyone, except Celest and Hiei.
Kurama coughed. "We don't the choice anyway! The boss won't be too happy if we let you handle this all by yourselves." said Yusuke, pointing at Koenma.
"Why do guys always think that girls are not strong enough to handle something involving battle?" muttered Mokaram.
"That's because every male got a macho sense." said Damia.
"And also because it is well known that guys are ruled by what they got between their legs and not by what between the ears!" said Sorcha, still in the air.
"SHUT UP STUPID FEMALE!!!" shouted Hiei, also in the air.
"Truth hurts, does-it?" asked Sorcha, nastily.
"You gonna die soon woman!" promised Hiei.
"I'm waiting for ya, Spiky!" announced the Amazon. Hiei only glared at her. But, this time, the girl didn't answer the provocation. Instead, she looked at her friend and said: "Alright Cel, we've calm down now. So, if you don't mind, we got a lot of very big bad nasty villains to take care of, and it won't do any good if I can't protect you!"
"I will take care of it." said Kurama. Celest blushed. "Buzz of foxy-babe! This is My Job!" answered Sorcha. Celest smiled and let go of the two Fire Youkai. Then, she ordered them to hold hands 'cause they could lose themselves between the dimensions. Kurama grabbed Celest's left hand and Yusuke's right one. Hiei found himself between Sorchania and Kuwabara. As he looked at her, surprise, her deep green gaze dared him to say something. He snorted and looked right in front of him.
